I would like to provide feedback on Cheryl Double, my Training Consultant.

I have known Cheryl for about 2 years now as I have completed part of my Level 2 customer service course and also my Level 3 management course.

Cheryl is a fantastic tutor and she is always willing to help and support us with anything that comes up. Cheryl would always explain everything and make it easier to understand if one wasn’t sure how the questions were worded or if you needed anything explained in a different way. Cheryl’s hands on approach is great and she is willing to change appointments if need be whether that being work or family commitments. I remember a time where I had lost my voice and was supposed to have an appointment with Cheryl but she told me not to worry and we worked out doing written questions instead which was a great help as I didn’t want to get behind.

I know that we are now offering more people a chance to do the Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship and I am going to promote this as much as possible. Not just because I know it is a great qualification to gain but if they have Cheryl as a tutor they will be in safe hands.

Just thought I would pass on this feedback as I want you to know how much of an asset she is to your company.
