I am currently due to complete my Apprenticeship, level 3 in Customer Service and wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback regarding my training consultant, Keely Bentham.
I was not to sure what to expect when I took this Apprenticeship on, however, I can now say thanks to Keely I am so glad I took the opportunity up and have completed it. Keely has been absolutely fantastic, she has never put to much pressure on me and completely took into account and understood how busy I can get during my day to day work. Keely was very friendly and welcoming and I felt at ease that I new I could ask for support where required.
It was nice to both have face to face and telephone communications with Keely which made it a lot easier to approach Keely where required. I also had to retake my functional skills as I was not able to evidence my previous exam results, again Keely went through this with me step by step and went over and above to help me get ready for exams I had to re-take.
I think Keely is exceptional and a real credit to Key Training and would like to thank her for all the support she has given me over the past year!!
