Here is some feedback on our experience with Key Training.
We took on our apprentice Chloe in January 2016 and at the time this was an entirely new process for me personally. Admittedly I did have my own reservations about taking on an apprentice at the time, but these were all discussed and eliminated by the team at Key Training and I was given a much greater understanding of the process and how the risks were mostly minimal.
As a result, we have benefitted dramatically from taking on Chloe as an apprentice. Now that she has come to the end of her NVQ training, I can safely say that Chloe has developed into one of our most valuable employees and we look forward to seeing her career progress with the company.
The team at Key Training have been great throughout the full process and Joanne Allison has been a particular highlight. As the Training Consultant she has supported Chloe throughout her training, kept her on track and has been a key part of her success. She has been a pleasure to have in the office because of her big personality and sense of humour, so she will be a miss now that Chloe has completed her training.
I will not hesitate to contact Key Training in the future if we have a need for another apprentice.
