I would just like to thank everyone who I have dealt with from Key Training so far for being so helpful and supportive.

In the two and a half weeks I didn’t hear anything from my previous provider, I decided to contact Key Training and from the first conversation with Lisa Potts, I knew I was in capable hands. Lisa was there every step of the way, helped me with any questions I had and gave me interview advice. She got me an interview pretty quickly and as soon as I got out of the interview I knew it was the job for me. Lisa kept me in the loop at all times and she made me aware that if I had any questions then just to give her a call. When I got told I had got the position I was so happy! I then dealt with the ladies who sorted out all my paperwork. They were very professional and helpful throughout the process. Within the first week of starting my job, I had my first meeting with my key person (Suzanne Terry), Suzanne was and has been very helpful. She has showed me how to use Ecordia and has explained the next steps in the process of my apprenticeship. She made me aware that any questions I have, no matter how silly they may seem, then I can just ask her. I am excited to get started with my apprenticeship with Suzanne and would love it if she were to be my assessor during my apprenticeship.
