Juliana Smith is my Training Consultant for my NVQ level 3 Customer Services. When I first spoke with Juliana on the phone she was friendly and reassuring and was installing confidence in me from that first phone call. When we met, these same qualities were there plus more. She was warm, extremely knowledgeable and very encouraging.
Juliana was always there to help me if I had any questions or needed help – she made herself available to help me. I am thankful that I had Juliana to help me through this course as I don’t think I could achieved what I did without her.
