Early Years

Early years Care & Education is a expanding and dynamic sector needing high quality staff at all levels. Soon, all staff working with young children will have to hold or be working towards a minimum of Level 2 appropriate qualifications and by 2015 it will be a legal requirement for all staff to have a minimum level 3 qualification.

Are you:

Did You Know?

Over the next 2 years we will place up to 2,000 unemployed 16/19 year olds in a permanent job with an Apprenticeship. That's an awful lot of hopes and aspirations so it's very important we get it right.

How are we doing? See what one of our latest Apprentices has to say about us >, what NHS Birmingham East & North have to say about their apprentices > and what Tandem Recruitment in Ipswich have achieved by working with us and the Skillsfirst Awards.

We also support StreetInvest, an organisation committed to investing in street children. They train professional and committed workers who then serve as trusted adults in the lives of these children and make a real difference.
