Hi, my name is Josh and I am currently doing a Traineeship with yourselves and I am giving feedback of my experience thus far. I am working with my Training Consultant Suzanne Terry who has been working closely to ensure that I complete and receive feedback on all of the work that I am completing. During my Traineeship from the start I have learned a lot about the company I work for and how to efficiently work in an office environment and look forward to taking on an Apprenticeship and hopefully getting a permanent position.
To begin with I was at college and I absolutely hated it so when I began my Traineeship I was nervous because it was something completely different to what I was doing. But when I began to get into it, it was completely different and I love it! I have learnt so much in the past 4 weeks and enjoyed it all. I don’t need to ask as much for help but do still ask. I have a lot more confidence in what I do and Suzanne comes in and helps me and keeps track of how things have changed and how much I have done.
I’d like to give some feedback on Key Training and my amazing Assessor Suzanne Terry. I am due to finish my apprenticeship and what a crazy difference Suzanne has made not just in my work but also in my outlook in life. I am hardly the same person as I was a year ago. I wouldn’t even look people in the eye, and now, a year on, I manage the shop on my own most days of the week. Suzanne has always pushed me to meet targets but at the same time made me feel relaxed. Any issue I ever had Suzanne was always happy to help and I never felt as if it was a bother when I was contacting her even though i was sure she would be very busy. At the start of the apprenticeship everything was so new to me and I struggled a little bit. I even thought of giving up before I even give it a go properly but I knew Suzanne wouldn’t let me as she did, and she always has believed in me. She is a true credit to Key Training and I will miss her when my apprenticeship ends. I am coming to the end of my apprenticeship and over the 2 years since I started I have received non-stop support from Suzanne Terry. My confidence has improved massively and it a lot of this is down to Suzanne constantly pushing me and helping me to develop my skills within the workplace. I am a lot more motivated and have come a long way within the company as well as taking on more responsibility. I have more responsibility in monitoring various different systems within the company which is something I didn’t think I would be able to do when I first started.
I am contacting you in regards to feedback on my NVQ assessor Joanne Allison. Throughout the year that I have been with Key Training I have been very happy with the help and support that I have received from Joanne; I could not have asked for anyone better. She’s always easy to contact whenever I need to query a piece of work; she never leaves me to struggle on my own. She’s very approachable and easy to talk to but at the same time acts professional. Having Joanne by my side through this process has put me at ease and her support and encouragement has given me the motivation to go on to Open University to complete my Business Management degree. Thank you Joanne for all the support you have given me to complete my Level 3 in Business.
I’m just emailing you to provide some feedback on our overall experience with Key Training. I found that the overall level of service was professional, informative and friendly from start to finish with the individual apprentice’s best interests at heart. The initial meeting answered all of our queries which Natalie Parry hosted, then Amanda Leightley took over when recruiting the girls prior to the apprenticeships starting, I found this particular part of the process extremely streamlined and minimal input required on our part which enabled us to focus more on the roles and expansion of the business. Joanne Allison our Training Consultant then took the reigns for the introduction of the framework and learning programme moving forward. Joanne was always well presented with a positive attitude and blended really well with not only our 2 new apprentices, but the whole team. Joanne did an excellent job of mentoring the girls and as a result of all of their hard work, they had finished their work earlier than expected. It’s been an absolute pleasure and has really helped our business grow and build on our continuing success. I would most definitely recommend Key Training in the future.

This is an email to feedback how wonderful Linda Wilson has been as my KT tutor. She is really good at listening to any concerns and she is incredibly dedicated to all her apprentices. For example, she travelled all the way from Newcastle in snow and blizzard conditions to make it to the visit. She is fantastic I couldn’t say enough. She is always there to help via email or phone and she helps keep me on track with attainable goals. She explains things clearly so you understand what you are being taught. And she is very efficient at the same time as being caring and just lovely. She is great and deserves the highest promotion.

In the two and a half weeks I didn’t hear anything from my previous provider, I decided to contact Key Training and from the first conversation with Lisa Potts, I knew I was in capable hands. Lisa was there every step of the way, helped me with any questions I had and gave me interview advice. She got me an interview pretty quickly and as soon as I got out of the interview I knew it was the job for me. Lisa kept me in the loop at all times and she made me aware that if I had any questions then just to give her a call. When I got told I had got the position I was so happy! I then dealt with the ladies who sorted out all my paperwork. They were very professional and helpful throughout the process. Within the first week of starting my job, I had my first meeting with my key person (Suzanne Terry), Suzanne was and has been very helpful. She has showed me how to use Ecordia and has explained the next steps in the process of my apprenticeship. She made me aware that any questions I have, no matter how silly they may seem, then I can just ask her. I am excited to get started with my apprenticeship with Suzanne and would love it if she were to be my assessor during my apprenticeship. Finally, I would just like to thank everyone who I have dealt with from Key Training so far for being so helpful and supportive.
I would like to personally thank Imogen Moore and give her a massive customer compliment for being such a helpful individual. Imogen has made around 3/4 calls with me and she has already arranged some interviews for me. She has also provided me with some amazing tips which will definitely come in handy. Imogen has not been too pushy on the phone and always comes across in a positive manner. I would like to thank Imogen for her help with the search of an apprenticeship for me and I would like to lastly add that if everyone would be as lovely on the phone as she is, it would be a pleasure for me to speak on the phone to people.
I am writing this email to inform you about one of your tutors, Kayleigh Kulkarni. She has helped me to finally pass my Functional Skills Level 2! I previously tried to completed level 2 with another apprenticeship provider but I never passed with them because they didn’t have the right attitude and didn’t seem like they cared as I didn’t get help throughout the 1 year apprenticeship. But I would like to give Kayleigh a big thank you for helping me through the Level 2 qualification, she was such a big help and even if I got questions wrong or worked a question out wrong then she would always call me up and explain where I went wrong. She has been a fantastic tutor!
I just wanted to personally email my feedback on my course tutor, Kerry Page. Kerry has been such a great help and mentor to me throughout my Business Management L2 course which I have just completed. Without Kerry’s dedication over the last few months, I most likely would not have finished this course on time due to my changing jobs over the summer to a much busier school office environment than I expected and various other commitments I had. I personally feel that she went above and beyond to help me get finished on time. Kerry gave up some of her evenings to help me complete my assessments and ultimately my course on time, which I am very grateful for. She gave me lots of encouragement regarding my exam preparation and the actual exams, especially for my Maths exam as this one I was really not looking forward to and quite worried about. Kerry gave me the confidence to get through it and I passed with a better grade than I expected. Kerry is truly a great asset to the Key Training Group. I hope to be able to carry on with my Level 3 and look forward to working with her again.

I wanted to send you an email as I have just finished my Apprenticeship with the Trainer Nicky and would like to express how much of a help she was throughout completing my qualification. Towards the beginning of my apprenticeship I had various different Training Consultants so I was rather behind in my work. Nicky worked with me above and beyond what was expected to make sure that I was back on track and finished within the year. She was a massive support with my learning and adapted to the way that I tend to learn best which is by completing work verbally instead of written. At all times she came across as very approachable and organised and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I just wanted to express this to you and also please pass on my thanks for helping me to finish my Apprenticeship.

I have enjoyed my 2 years with doing an apprenticeship with Key Training. I have been able to gain new skills and have enjoyed all the work I have been set. My Key trainer Vicky Harold has been an amazing tutor and has helped me develop so much. I have always been able to ask for help when needed, she has always provided me with support. With doing this apprenticeship I have been able to gain a lot of knowledge and confidence in carrying out my job role. I have enjoyed my time with Key Training and I am grateful for the help and support from Vicky. She has helped me a lot by explaining everything properly in order for me to complete the tasks that I have been set. Thank you
I just wanted to email just to say how well Laurie has been doing with my Apprenticeship training. Even if she is ill she always manages to work around my development and visits/calls etc in order for me to progress through the apprentice. I was very worried about my Level 3 ICT exam which she has assured me she is going to do her best to help me and give me some more training on this to get me prepared for the exam, which has really put me at ease and calmed me down a little!
I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say thank you to you team. Over the past years we have managed to place 2 excellent apprentices in our company . Recently we have taken on Charlie, a 16 years old school leaver. Charlie over the past few months has been very uncertain about if he wanted to enter an apprenticeship. Lizzie Elmslie from your team has been the main reason for Charlie wishing to proceed with an apprenticeship. Lizzie has been extremely helpful to both myself and Charlie. I feel she has gone above and beyond what I would normally expect. I’m not a person who has ever bothered to leave feedback for anything good or bad but I felt strongly that Lizzie had done such a great job I wanted to bring this to your attention. I am coming to the end of my apprenticeship through Key Training. I just wanted to say nobody could have been more supportive and hardworking than Sue. Nothing is too much trouble for Sue and she has always been there to lend a hand, and an ear for any support which is needed. I would recommend Key Training to anybody looking for an apprenticeship and thank Sue for her work over the last 12 months.
I’m emailing you today to praise one of your employees for their hard work and dedication. I had Callum Harris get in contact with me, at first with the first few interviews it wasn’t so good, but Callum carried on finding me a placement and didn’t give up on me when I didn’t have success with a few interviews. He kept in contact to see how I was doing and to inform me as much as he could about interviews I had attended with feedback, even if he had not received anything from the people who had interviewed me. Callum always sent an email to let me know rather than leaving me in the dark. I’m now in a apprenticeship which I thoroughly enjoy thanks to Callum’s help. Callum has been great and an amazing motivator, if it wasn’t for him I’d probably still be looking for a placement. You’ve got a brilliant team member who gives support and motivation. Never fails to put a smile on your face even when the news from interviews has been bad.
Hi Jim. Just to let you know Laurie was very friendly and polite and its a pleasure to meet her each month so far.
Alisha is my second apprentice through Key Training and so I have previously worked with Laurie. Laurie is always courteous and professional and a pleasure to work with. She manages to ease any difficult tasks both for me and my apprentice, making us feel more comfortable especially with recordings! I know my apprentices have both felt comfortable in the knowledge that they can contact her for help at any time. Overall I am happy to sing Laurie’s praises with regards to her professionalism.
Here is some feedback on our experience with Key Training. We took on our apprentice Chloe in January 2016 and at the time this was an entirely new process for me personally. Admittedly I did have my own reservations about taking on an apprentice at the time, but these were all discussed and eliminated by the team at Key Training and I was given a much greater understanding of the process and how the risks were mostly minimal. As a result, we have benefitted dramatically from taking on Chloe as an apprentice. Now that she has come to the end of her NVQ training, I can safely say that Chloe has developed into one of our most valuable employees and we look forward to seeing her career progress with the company. The team at Key Training have been great throughout the full process and Joanne Allison has been a particular highlight. As the Training Consultant she has supported Chloe throughout her training, kept her on track and has been a key part of her success. She has been a pleasure to have in the office because of her big personality and sense of humour, so she will be a miss now that Chloe has completed her training. I will not hesitate to contact Key Training in the future if we have a need for another apprentice.
Laurie has been really helpful so far on the past two visits with my apprenticeship and I know that if I needed her help at any point I could just give her a call and would be available to help me. On our visits she has been welcoming and has eased me into my apprenticeship nicely.

I have been working with Juliana since mid-2015. It has been a pleasure learning from her. She has been supportive over the previous years and has always been there when I need further help. Juliana has been a great mentor to me over my time with her. She has always been patient with my learning and I have developed as a person since meeting her. I would like to take the time in thanking her for the guidance she has given me. I believe I speak on behalf off all of her students in saying what a fantastic mentor she has been. I am e-mailing you to write a review about my tutor Mrs. Juliana Smith. I would like to say that she has been an amazing tutor throughout my Apprenticeship with Key Training. She has given me the best support possible, making sure I am okay at my work place and has guided me through my coursework whenever I struggled and couldn’t understand what to do. Overall, Juliana has been a very reliable tutor that has been able to help me succeed in my Business Admin course.
Cheryl came today to complete Beths Apprenticeship. Cheryl has been very helpful with both my girls and she was very approachable and friendly.
I just wanted to pass on my feedback following the completion of my Level 4 Management qualification. To begin with Monique Heery was my Training Consultant, she was supportive and shared a wealth of knowledge which helped influence changes to my practice but also helped me to believe in myself and have confidence in my ability. I then changed to another Training Consultant- Louisa Curtis. Changing part way through a qualification can be daunting, but Louisa quickly settled me and wow, she is an asset to Key Training. Nothing was too much trouble, she was flexible, firm but fair to ensure I remained on target to completion. Our professional discussions were especially useful as Louisa shared good practice with me and again supported my confidence. She was great when I had a wobble a few months ago and felt it was just too much and for that I truly thank her. Without her commitment to my learning I would not have completed.
I have just completed my Apprenticeship and I have loved every second of it. I have received support constantly throughout the year by my trainer Cheryl Double. At the start of the year I didn’t fit in with the workplace I was in. However, Cheryl was there for me and she took the time to resolve the issues for me and moved me to a different workplace which I love! I have been offered a permanent position to progress in the future, all because Cheryl helped me and I am so grateful for her help!
I found her support to be excellent, particularly when I was having moments of self-doubt regarding my ability.
Having now completed my apprenticeship with Key Training, it only felt right to contact you with my comments on the experience. There is no doubt you can be proud of your team and the support they give to apprentices. Natalie Alders has been my tutor and has guided me through every step of the way. I found her support to be excellent, particularly when I was having moments of self-doubt regarding my ability. To complete the apprenticeship I had to re-take my maths exam, something I found quite daunting as it is over 20 years since I completed a night school maths course. The online tutorials really helped me understand the way maths is currently taught, and my functional skills tutor Dan Gray explained individual areas well. The experience as a whole was a good one, although it has been really tough getting finished in the time scales working alongside my day to day role. However the personal development gained has been worth it. Please pass on my thanks to both Natalie Alders, Dan Gray and the rest of the team.
This past year has been made easy and enjoyable from the committed work from Cheryl She has helped me get to and from exams and always been on time to meetings and at any point of need she has always helped me if I’m stuck on work or how to complete activities. But the highlight has been her polite and friendly personality making it really easy to connect and progress in my Apprenticeship. Overall she is a really helpful Training Consultant and I am more than grateful for her help.
It has been an absolute pleasure to be trained by Juliana. She was very supportive and worked hard to help me achieve my goals. At first I was a bit nervous on presenting my knowledge and the things I have learnt but Juliana’s honest feedback helped me research and present work I was satisfied with. I have (possibly) just had my final Face-to-Face meeting with Emma Beevor and she asked if I could email yourself with feedback about my experience with Key Training and with Emma. Emma has been fantastic with myself, helping me with both Ecordia related issues and any work related issues. She was very approachable when I first met her, ensuring me that she will be available to assist with any issues I could be having. She was very understanding when I said to her that I didn’t always have the time spare to carry out work during working hours as I was too busy dealing with finance business such as Credit Control and overtime. She was also one of the people (along with my work colleagues) that helped me settle into my role, as this is my first proper job I did struggle at first to adapt to the environment. As I also didn’t think I would have a job within an office, she helped me understand that this is a good step for myself as I will get to understand the roles that I would like to pursue and which roles I should avoid if they do not appeal to myself. A massive thank you is given to her for all the support I have received over the year.
Just dropping a quick email with feedback regards to Kayleigh Kulkarni who was my mentor for the Maths sector. She was brilliant with making sure I fully understood every questions by going into detail with each sector I was struggling with and made me feel very comfortable when asking questions and describing problems. She has a really good personality towards work and towards helping others by making sure I received as much help as I needed, as much of her time as I needed and making sure there was always work I could be doing to revise. She is a really caring person who generally does like to help people and to make sure she’s done everything in her power to help her candidates and especially myself. I would recommend anyone to Kayleigh and I hope in future if I need any more tutoring of some kind or if I decide to stay on for the next course-that Kayleigh looks after me again. Its a been a pleasure speaking to her weekly and working with her!!

Juliana Smith is my Training Consultant for my NVQ level 3 Customer Services. When I first spoke with Juliana on the phone she was friendly and reassuring and was installing confidence in me from that first phone call. When we met, these same qualities were there plus more. She was warm, extremely knowledgeable and very encouraging. Juliana was always there to help me if I had any questions or needed help – she made herself available to help me. I am thankful that I had Juliana to help me through this course as I don’t think I could achieved what I did without her. Thank you Juliana.
I would like to provide feedback about Juliana Smith. We have had 2 apprentices through KT and we are looking to recruit a new apprentice for the new year. From the beginning Juliana has been the training manager and it has been lovely to be able to have her as part of our team. She is supportive and knowledgeable. It’s great to have the consistency of the same person who gets to know us, our business and supports our apprentice.
I was really pleased to have Kerry Page as my Mentor from Key Training. She never gave up on me, at a time when I wanted to give up. She encouraged me to stick to my apprenticeship and now thanks to her, I have successfully finished my Apprenticeship and soon will have my certificate as a Level 2 Teaching Assistant. Once again, thank you Kerry Page and thank you Key Training.

I would like to provide you with feedback around David Toomer and his delivery of the Admin Level 4 award. When David first started to work for us, he took over some challenging learners who were making very little progress with their Admin 4 award. He very quickly got to grips with this and got the learners back on track through an awful lot of hard work. All of these learners successfully achieved their awards prior to our July cohort ending. David is currently working with Admin 4 learners from start to finish. The standard of work coming through in the OCR Assignments is of a very high standard. I feel that this is due to the high level of support that David offers them and the extensive knowledge that he has of the course delivery. Just wanted to say that it is a pleasure working with him as his Admin 4 QC.
I am just emailing you , so I can let you know what a helpful , pleasant, supportive and patience Tutor I had, Daniel Gray. He helped me over the past year and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. I would not have passed without my Tutor Daniel Gray and my Assessor Sarah Worsick, so thank you both very much . I would just like to take five minutes to express my thoughts about my training consultant, Suzanne Hill. I cannot express fully how much she has supported me this past year. I am now completing my apprenticeship and I could not be more proud to say that my training has been completed through Key Training, and I am more proud to say that Suzanne has helped me every step. I would not usually take the time to express such good thoughts about this subject but she has done an amazing job as my training consultant! She has always been very clear about what I need to do for my modules and she has kept me calm when I’ve wanted to go insane from the many questions I’ve had to answer. She was consistently calm about having to do recordings as this is not my favourite thing to do, she has helped to ease the situation and make it as comfortable as possible. Equally, she has definitely pushed me to my limits with deadlines and has definitely made sure that I am staying on track! All in all, I would like to say thank you to both Key Training and Suzanne for the training over the past year!

I work for Linde and have just completed a course provided by you. My tutor for the last year has been Diana Brady and I would like to give you some feedback about her from my perspective as a learner. Diana has represented your company fantastically, taught informatively, with clarity and accessibility. Her teaching style is chameleonic in nature as she easily changes style depending on the learner, which has been massively beneficial for me in my journey through my qualification. Please extend my thanks to her for doing her job so well.
I just wanted to provide some feedback on how impressed I am with Nico. She has been so supportive and helpful, particularly when I got a new job and she continued to train me, offered round the clock help and assistance and believed in me to complete my course. I couldn’t have done it without her!
I started my course very open-minded and with loads of enthusiasm, but due to work commitments at the school there were times throughout the course that the work became too difficult to complete. I had to put school commitments first. However, with the patience and motivation of my Tutor, Taslima, I continued to work hard and complete the tasks. I enjoyed the fact that it was convenient in terms of the Tutor attending the school, and the fact that work could be uploaded for Key Training to view at the other end. I really appreciated the opportunity to do my Math’s, English and ICT exams and most of all, completing them all. If I am honest, there were times I thought about giving up, but my Tutor encouraged me to continue. Taslima is the reason I progressed throughout the course. I would like to thank everybody at Key Training for their patience and efforts. And big thanks to Taslima for supporting me and helping me to succeed.

I have been working with Jade Woolley for a few months now and she is amazing! She is very easy to talk to and get along with, she is also very supportive and would do anything to offer her assistance in helping me with my training. If I ever needed help with my work, I know I can rely on Jade to help me. Jade also gives very great feedback on my assessed work and helps me to make this the best it can be. Overall, she is a great asset to you and your team.
I’m just popping you an email to let you know how happy I’ve been with the support Laurie has given me over the last year of earning my NVQ 2. I definitely don’t think I’ve been the easiest to motivate at times but she has consistently pushed me to do my best and it has ultimately paid off. You should be very proud to have someone like Laurie supporting young adults like myself.
I would like to provide feedback for one of the employees that I spoke to on the phone by the name of Michael Cherry-Downes. I would just like to say that speaking with him over the phone was extremely pleasant as he was incredibly helpful and fun to talk to. I am really happy with my experience with Key Training from Michael and as such would like to leave this review.
I am just writing to inform you about the excellent support that I am receiving from my Functional Skills Tutor Kayleigh Kulkarni. She supports me with anything at whichever time in the day. She stays behind at work to go through my feedback if I am unavailable before she leaves and she has supported me through my Maths Level 1 so much that I passed. She is also supporting me with my ICT and my Maths Level 2. She called me in the morning of my exam to ensure that I was ready and reassured me so much. I really appreciate how hardworking and committed Kayleigh is in helping me to achieve my functional skills qualifications. I feel so much more confident and I am able to achieve a lot more since I have been receiving support from Kayleigh from October 2016. I can not express how helpful and motivating Kayleigh is as a Functional Skills Tutor and I will never be able to thank her enough for all of the support and reassurance that she has offered and given to me. She is an asset to Key Training and I really do hope that she gets rewarded for all of her hard work that she has put in over the past year to help me to achieve more and more.
I am just writing to inform you that I am really happy with the support that I am currently receiving from my Training Consultant Jade Woolley. She supports me with my apprenticeship work as much as possible and is always there if I need assistance with my coursework. I haven’t known her or had her as a Training Consultant for too long but since I have had Jade as my Training Consultant I am happy with the support that I am getting.
As I near the end of the above course I would just like to say how grateful I am to have had Cheryl Double as my trainer. It has become apparent that one of the greatest barriers to my personal development could be lack of confidence. Cheryl has done so much to help me overcome this with her constant encouragement, positive feedback and enthusiasm. Meeting with her has always been a pleasure. Her cheerful demeanour always leaves me feeling uplifted and motivated to continue on to the next step of the course. She has made me aware of what I am able to achieve and I have gained hugely in confidence. I am so very pleased to have had the privilege of working with her.
I’m Sophie, one of Laurie’s ‘people’ for my NVQ. I would like to give you some feedback on her if that’s okay. She has been wonderful help to me and Gemma. She is extremely patient and calm with us if we don’t understand any of the units and she will respond to our emails in the most helpful way she can. She goes through things perfectly with us and explains clearly what we need to do for the next visit, she is brilliant. Also I would like to personally say thank you and show my gratitude to her as she offered to help me with maths face-to-face when she comes in to see us. I do also have a functional skills lady, but Laurie thought I would benefit from both with help. She knows I struggle and that I’m worried I won’t pass so she offered to help me whenever I need it and I want to say thank you for that as I know maths isn’t a very popular subject to say the least! I thought you should know how helpful she has been this year.
I am coming to the end of my Apprenticeship Qualification and I just wanted to give you some feedback about my Training Consultant Naomi. Naomi has been extremely supportive and helpful throughout the whole programme, she has been on hand 24/7 whenever I have needed a question answering. I like the way she works with me, she has a very approachable and bubbly personality. Naomi will go above and beyond for her learners and it makes all the difference. I have received sufficient advice and guidance and I have never doubted what I should be working on. Overall Naomi has been amazing throughout my programme and it has been a pleasant experience.
I have felt much more confident in my coursework this year than what I did last, since Leanne has been my training provider
I am just emailing to provide some feedback on the training and support that Leanne has provided me throughout my level 3 Apprenticeship. Leanne has been consistently helpful with each of her telephone assessments and on-site reviews she has attended over the course of this year. Leanne has continuously helped put my mind at ease when I have become stressed balancing coursework with in-house work and has always been understanding with the level of work I deal with on a daily basis and has always understood why I may have sent coursework overdue. When I have she has always gone through the work with me and responded promptly with how I can improve and further complete my course. I have felt much more confident in my coursework this year than what I did last, since Leanne has been my training provider, and I would hope she is my training provider for next year after I have completed my Level 3.
I am an Apprentice and I am emailing you regarding some feedback for one of your Training Consultants, Jade Woolley. Since Jade has become my Training Consultant she has been nothing but kind and understanding towards me, she has been very easy to get along with and she has made me feel very comfortable during our meetings. She has never failed to turn up to a meeting and she always pushes me to exceed my own expectations by setting me challenging work. If I don’t understand something Jade will always explain the problem and show me the solution and will ensure that I have secured that solution in my mind by giving me practice and asking me to complete the task multiple times on different occasions. I feel very comfortable trusting Jade with my apprenticeship course. Couldn’t have asked for a better consultant.
Jade has been a great Training Consultant. I have been on the course for nearly three months and since the start she has been amazing. She explains everything well during meetings, provides good feedback, replies to emails quickly and always keeps me informed. She is easy to talk to about anything and always offers all the support she possibly can. There is nothing bad I can honestly say about her.
Jade Woolley is an amazing Training Consultant. She is always in contact with me and answers any queries I have about the work straight away. Not only does Jade set me the work, but she sets it in a way it will work for me. Jade understands I like bullet pointing my tasks so I know exactly what I’ve got to do, she now does this in advance to help support me in my learning techniques. She is a very helpful, friendly polite woman and I would recommend her to anyone in need of training.
We are at the final stages of Level 3 in Business for one of my staff. We are not new to NVQs and have had a variety of support from different training providers over the years. We have been extremely impressed with the cheerful, positive and pragmatic way that Cheryl Double has delivered the qualification. She has been prompt to respond to all our requests, and adjusted her speed of delivery to match George’s enthusiasm. Her contact with George and all other members of the team has been professional and optimistic. She is a credit to your organisation.

I recently passed my Level 2 Maths which I feel without Beth’s amazing support I would of struggled, she was amazing throughout.
I’m a learner of Jades, I just wanted to let you know how well she is doing and how much she has helped me. Earlier on in my Traineeship I lost my mum and so had to put things on hold for a little while whilst I got my head round things. However despite me being behind on my work this didn’t phase Jade, she just worked that little bit harder to help me complete it all on time, with Telephone calls to help me upload to Ecordia or the odd text just to see how i’m getting on with it all. Overall I’m extremely impressed with her and look forward to progressing on to my Apprenticeship on the 20th, and continuing to work with her as a Business Admin Apprentice! I would highly recommend her to other learners, and believe she is a true Asset to Key training.
I would like, if I may, to leave some feedback regarding the support I received while completing my level 2 maths certificate with Key Training. Since March, I have been in contact with a lady called Beth Rogers who has coached me through the whole process of understanding what I could do and the areas I needed to revisit and revise in order to pass my exam. She has contacted me at least every fortnight to see how I have been getting on and has made herself available every time I have been unsure of something or just needed it talk through any of the work she has set me. I am in no doubt that I would not have been successful in my final exam with out her support. She is patient, supportive and very knowledgeable. I really cannot thank enough her for all that she has done to help me during this time. I just wanted to take the time to let you know that we met with George Baldry (Ipswich) last week. I had been passed the details of Key Training from someone that uses your services. I dealt with George and secured a meeting for him to come and discuss the future of apprentices with our company. George was very efficient in arranging to come to our Head Office and was able to come and visit us within one week of our initial enquiry being made to Key Training. George communicated with me very well whilst setting up our initial phone call letting me know when he was not available due to other work appointments. George came to visit us on 9th November. The meeting was excellent and so productive. George was able to answer all of our questions and was able to give us very valuable and in depth information about how Key Training and the apprenticeship scheme would be able to help us. We are excited about working with Key Training in the future. Overall this was a very positive experience. I have passed on my thanks to George.
I just recently finished my Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship last week. I just want to say a big thanks to Naomi for her support and being in contact whenever I needed her. She was a big help and guided me through my Apprenticeship when she took over from Noreen. Regardless of how much Naomi has on her plate, she would make time for her candidates regardless.
I would just like to take this opportunity to give you some feedback on a member of Key Training I am currently working with during my Apprenticeship. I was given Jade Woolley and even though we have been only had two 2 hour sessions, she has already built up my confidence massively. I feel a lot calmer and able to succeed in my Apprenticeship, She has explained everything perfectly for me at my speed so I understand exactly what I will be doing and what my Apprenticeship includes which I found extremely beneficial. In the two meetings I have had with her she hasn’t rushed me or made me feel like I’m behind on anything. I look forward in working along with her to achieve my goals and I appreciate her way of giving support/advice massively.
I have now completed my NVQ with my assessor Naomi Velani and I just wanted to say how pleased I was with her. She was understanding, empathetic, helpful and always there when needed. I didn’t have the best experience at my first placement and Naomi really helped with advice on what I should do and completely understood and believed me. I was extremely grateful for this as it made the move to my second placement stress free and didn’t affect my anxiety. I would definitely recommend Naomi to any of my friends or ask for her again if I were to do another apprenticeship with Key Training.
As we come to the end of Nolans apprenticeship I just wanted to say thank you to you and your team for a first class service. Laurie who has looked after Nolan for the past two years has been fantastic, always supportive and pleasant. We always look forward to her visits and has definitely been a major reason for Nolan’s success with us. She has provided him with a very high level of support as well as myself and my company. When I started at Key Training I was not that confident with talking in groups and my skill within Maths and English. I was scared about starting because I had not been in a classroom environment for a long time. But Joe and Hitesh made me feel comfortable right from the start. Even though at the start I kept to myself and didnt really ask for help because I was nervous. But as time went on I started to get involved with group talks and when I wasnt comfortable with the group I was in, I was able to talk to Joe and Hitesh and they listened to me and helped solve the problem by moving my class. Since being in my new class I have been enjoying myself a lot more. I have come so far in my maths because Hitesh takes the time to explain things and really helps me understand. Since being at Key Training i’ve become so much more confident with my maths and english. And to acheive my level 1 in english and maths makes me so happy and proud that the hard work i’ve put in has paid off. Key Training has really helped me grow as a person. The teachers have helped me so much because they are always there to listen to me and help in any way they can and treat me with respect. So Key Training has helped me so much.
I have been speaking with Laurie over the past few months regarding a couple of my Apprentices. She has a good understanding of our business and a genuine empathy with the learners. Having seen her working with my current Apprentice on Tuesday, I found that she provides clear and direct instruction and was able to put the learner at ease, as well as answer all her questions. Having an Apprentice in my business has been a positive move for us and the current one in Southampton, who Laurie is now working with, is the 3rd really good one we have had from Key Training. Please pass on my thanks to Laurie for her ongoing support, and I look forward to working with her further over the coming year.
Levi, thought I’d let you know got my first full time job flew through my interview today wanted to say thanks for teaching me what I needed to know to get through.
This letter is in regards to feedback on course delivery to the two members of our staff who completed this training with your organisation. One was Paulette, a very competent and self-motivated member of the admin team who gained just the right amount of support and time from her tutor to help her commit to and complete this course without too many barriers. I feel this has led her to feel more empowered and given her a well needed boost in self-confidence. I know that when talking to her she reports that this course has been beneficial to her working life although I do not personally line manage her. For our teaching assistant Daniel, the journey has been longer and harder. He has had an enormous amount of patient and committed help and support from his tutor. He started off not really committing to follow up with learning in any of his own time and found it difficult to commit to within work hours. However, with perseverance and a great amount of push from the tutor he began to become more committed and focused. Although, he struggled academically at times, he stuck with it and began being braver about asking for help from his colleagues. His self-confidence has grown to such an extent that he is now planning and leading weekly training sessions for other TAs in a specific area of CPD. We are extremely proud of Daniel and feel this has been an invaluable process and experience for him to go through, both personally and professionally. The skills he has acquired through the course are impacting on the support that he can offer to pupils and in his own confidence to be able to do so. I would definitely recommend Key training to others although if it were in a school setting, I would ensure learners are ready and committed to focussing on some of the learning within their own time. I would also advise the school that this can be difficult to timetable at times so they need to be fully committed and able to do this. I have to say that throughout the process, the tutor Taslima has been an amazing beacon of support for both learners but more so Daniel. I am sure that together they have faced some challenging times, but she has always patiently supported and encouraged him through and for that we are extremely grateful. I know that both members of staff are grateful for all of her hard work and unwavering support and they are both so proud of themselves and their achievements, as are we.

I am an Apprentice and I am writing to you regarding feedback on my Assessor. I’d like to inform you of the great performance and hard work brought into my learning by Juliana Smith. Firstly, I’d like to mention how much I appreciate the atmosphere Juliana sets, giving me the opportunity to be comfortable and confident which I’ve struggled with in my past profession/education. I think it’s important within the education system for young apprentices like me to feel cared for and at ease, as we gradually enter the adult world and the work environment. Secondly, Juliana is very understanding and listens to everything I feel needs to be brought to attention. The assistance which is provided helps me to organise myself productively leading to me completing my coursework and revision calmly without any pressure and on time. Thirdly, I can struggle a lot with understanding questions especially if they are very detailed. Juliana really breaks this down for me and within minutes I am of understanding (which I must say no teacher in school could every complete with me). From where I came from to where I am now is a huge improvement and Juliana is one of the reasons I’m where I am. In conclusion, I really hope this response goes far, as I feel Juliana deserves positive feedback. She is a great person to work and learn with and I really hope everyone in her industry is just like her, as many Apprentices and their learning could grow rapidly just like mine.
I have just recently finished my Apprenticeship. My trainers name is Natalie Alders. She made me feel so comfortable and confident throughout my Apprenticeship and was always an email away whenever I needed her, which made the year fly by. I always felt that she gave me back good feedback whenever I finished a task she had set me and always felt I could go to her whenever I had any problems.
I would like to give my feedback around my training consultant Ann Smith who I have been working with for 2 and Half years. I started my journey with Key Training in a Traineeship for a Law company. Where I completed many different courses to help build my CV portfolio and confidence in a working environment. However, this employment didn’t expand into a Level 2 Apprenticeship. This was due to the return of previous staff members. Ann was very supportive throughout my time there and helped me throughout my time to look for new Apprenticeship opportunities. She helped me with my confidence to start again with new interviews etc. I had to keep my options open so I visited many different interviews for the Level 2 Apprenticeship, with Ann supporting me throughout these also. I was keen to stay with Key Training due to the experience I had already received from Ann. I could contact her to discuss my feelings on each interview. Even though I was offered a few options, I didn’t feel these were for me for various reasons and Ann supported my decisions. I was then offered an interview with the company I am in now in. It is a fantastic charity organisation with plenty of growing opportunities. I have also had the support from my manager, who has also completed both Level 2 & 3 with Key Training also. On the same day of me been offered this Apprenticeship I was informed I was also offered the Apprenticeship at the Law firm where I did my Traineeship. Ann listened to my worries about starting at the charity as I was very nervous about starting somewhere with new people and would have been easy to just fit back into the Law firm. Ann supported my decision to go with the charity. Ann has supported me throughout both my Level 2 and Level 3. Throughout my two years I have been fully supported by Ann. I have been able to go to Ann with regards to any worries or extra support I may of needed throughout my time. Ann has provided me full updates to all my qualifications, to state if I have passed or if they were under review etc. Ann has also provided me full support through obtaining my Functional Skills ICT and English Level 2. With support given to ensure that I was ready for the tests. From the beginning of my Traineeship, I have been informed about the safeguarding and other support bits that Key Training offer their apprentices. With a reminder given every time I started a new qualification. The Apprenticeship courses are pretty straight forward, with Ecordia been able easy navigate to support the build-up of the apprenticeship. I have been able to expand my knowledge in a work place thanks to the opportunities with Key Training that I have had. Ann has been a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend Key Training on the experience I have had with my training consultant.
I have recently completed my Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration. I had the pleasure of Cheryl Double being my Assessor for the past year. I would like to start by saying how friendly Cheryl was since day 1. The first time we met she took the time to get to know me as a person. And every visit it would be like meeting with a friend. Cheryl managed to be that supportive friend material but also very professional in what she does. It was lovely having such a good relationship with my assessor. Whenever I had a question about Coursework, I would email Cheryl and get a response back that very same day. And she would make sure I was 100% satisfied with the help she had given. It was so refreshing that Cheryl was so approachable and easy to talk to. When finishing my apprenticeship, I was very sad to say goodbye, but very hopeful that I will be able to continue making progress with a Level 3 NVQ with Cheryl in the future. A big thank you goes out to Key Training for the help and support I have received. Thank you very much.
I am currently due to complete my Apprenticeship, level 3 in Customer Service and wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback regarding my training consultant, Keely Bentham. I was not to sure what to expect when I took this Apprenticeship on, however, I can now say thanks to Keely I am so glad I took the opportunity up and have completed it. Keely has been absolutely fantastic, she has never put to much pressure on me and completely took into account and understood how busy I can get during my day to day work. Keely was very friendly and welcoming and I felt at ease that I new I could ask for support where required. It was nice to both have face to face and telephone communications with Keely which made it a lot easier to approach Keely where required. I also had to retake my functional skills as I was not able to evidence my previous exam results, again Keely went through this with me step by step and went over and above to help me get ready for exams I had to re-take. I think Keely is exceptional and a real credit to Key Training and would like to thank her for all the support she has given me over the past year!! Many Thanks
I work in the Study Programme in Wellingborough, I started out my journey with Key in September 2016 as a Classroom Assistant Apprentice and I am about to complete my NVQ. Sue started with Key in April and she became my Training Consultant alongside being an SP Tutor, she has been the greatest help throughout my journey by giving me valuable knowledge and helping me to build my confidence to push myself. She has also taught me valuable working practices such as being professional, responsible and having a good work ethic. As a team we know we can go to Sue for help or advice with anything we need and she will help us in any way she can. She really is a great colleague and team member.
I would very much like to thank Tammy Reynolds for her professional support and guidance throughout my Key Training Apprenticeship. Not only did she help to develop my skills but she also helped to build my self-confidence – which resulted in my successful promotion. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and will definitely be recommending it to my colleagues.
Amelia has recently completed an Apprenticeship through Key Training and I just wanted to offer some feedback on the experience and Tammy Reynolds assistance as a Training Consultant. Overall I must say that Key Training as an organisation has been very helpful in the organising of candidates and setting up of the apprenticeship. As a company this was new territory for us and, after initially having a problematic start trying to organise the apprenticeship through a local job centre, we were pleasantly surprised when Key Training contacted us with regards to the setting up of an Apprenticeship. Key Training managed to make it understandable, and presented the scheme in terms in which we could relate to. Tammy Reynolds has been very helpful as a Training Consultant for Amelia and has offered her the guidance and support she has needed throughout the two years of training she has undergone. Wherever Amelia required extra guidance to complete certain modules, Tammy has steered her in the right direction offering the support that she required. Also during the site visits that Tammy carried out to Universal Packing, I have always found Tammy to be polite and professional in what she does and would have no hesitation in recommending her as a consultant to any other potential apprentices. I would just like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Key Training for their assistance over the past two years and a particular thanks to Tammy for everything she has done.
I finished my Apprenticeship today and would like to express my gratitude to Sue Leacock for all her hard work and over the past year. Her encouragement and support have proved invaluable in enabling me to complete my units and in particular my level 2 ICT exam. The extra work we did before this exam was crucial to me passing and I am very fortunate to have had her as my tutor. Please pass on my thanks to her.
I am writing to you as I would like to give some positive feedback regarding the service that Juliana provided during my Apprenticeship. Juliana was very helpful and made me comfortable when carrying out my work, from me gathering the answers to my questions and then me feeling calm and confident when carrying out my assessments. Also, I would recommend Juliana as a someone’s training provider as she made things clear from the start making the course feel easy even when there were tasks that were challenging. I’ve just very recently finished my Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship and it’s all thanks to Tammy. She has really helped me this past year. Whether it was to do with my coursework or if I was struggling at work, she has been there for me. I don’t think I would have completed this Apprenticeship without her help.
Due to the Apprenticeship I have had an amazing experience. Emma has given we work promptly and is always there to answer my questions. I was able to work though the Apprenticeship quickly because of this. Emma is always pleasant and easy to talk to on her visits. Asking about myself as well as the Apprenticeship which is always nice as it helps support my work. I hope this feedback is okay. If you need anything else please let me know.
I can confirm that the first apprentice that we recruited via Key Training is proving to be an excellent member of staff and Linda Wilson who visits her is incredibly good at providing her with the relevant support and information. I have found Key Training to be pro-active and helpful and appreciated the fact that you really listened to our requirements before handing over to us details of potential candidates, which was very much appreciated.
I am currently doing training with you as I am doing an Apprenticeship in Manchester. Lizzie helped me massively and without her help I would not have been prepared as much as I did. I would like to mention how nice to me she was. She helped me out with how to prepare for an interview and kept updating me by ringing and emailing me. I enjoyed doing my Apprenticeship with Key Training. I gained a lot of knowledge which I think will help me in the future and most importantly confidence as well. My Training Consultant was very fair in positive feedback and helping me improve in my work where I went wrong and motivated me to do well in my work. Maths has never been my strong point, but with Kayleighs help and support I have just passed my maths exam. I had failed on two previous attempts and doubted I would ever do it. Kayleigh has been fantastic from setting the practice papers to explaining where I had gone wrong. Without her support and encouragement I doubt I would of ever passed. Kayleigh was very patient and believed in me when I struggled. She was always available on the phone and gave really good feedback. On the previous tests I had failed Kayleigh always re-boosted my confidence. So I just wanted to let you know as support like this is very much appreciated.

My feedback is regarding Daniel Lister. Dan and I started our working relationship just under two years ago when I had just turned 18 and was new to employment. Like most 18 year olds I was rather apathetic with procedure and authority, to an extent. In our short time together, Dan helped me value the importance of time keeping, attendance and prioritisation as well as a plethora of other life skills. I can’t begin to thank Dan enough for helping me get through my Apprenticeship especially at times I didn’t want to continue. He is an absolute credit to Key Training and to any Apprentice lucky enough to have Dan as a consultant. He has always been patient with me and very flexible on how I prefer to work, i.e. Professional Discussions. I really owe a lot to Dan and I hope this email reflects that, although, I am struggling to put into words just how great he has been. I hope this feedback is useful.
I understand that I will be coming towards the end of my Apprenticeship and training through Key Training within the next few months and just wanted to say how much of a great help and absolute credit to the company she has been for her assistance and guidance throughout my course. I am writing to you to let you know how well I think Janet Henderson is doing. I am incredibly happy with my progression I have made in my Apprenticeship so far. Janet encourages me as well as motivates me throughout. Janet’s attitude towards working with me has been fantastic, she is incredibly enthusiastic especially within our telephone discussions and always reviews my work continuously. Janet is very supportive and I value her as a person a lot.
As my qualification is coming to an end, I would like to inform you of my experience with Key Training. After applying for an apprenticeship vacancy on Indeed.co.uk, I received a phone call within days from a very friendly female member of staff to confirm my details and find out a little bit more information about me. Shortly after this, I was contacted again with details for an interview for the vacancy that I had applied for. After attending the interview, I received another call asking for feedback on the interview, and was then told I was selected for a trial day so that I could see the role in action and make sure that it was right for me. I found the application process to be extremely efficient as I was working within a month of applying for the vacancy, I was also made to feel very comfortable and encouraged by the members of staff over the phone in finding the role that suited me. On starting my Apprenticeship, I was visited by my Training Consultant, Daniel Lister, where he thoroughly explained how to use Ecordia and the way in which the apprenticeship process works with Key Training. Daniel also made sure that my manager was involved in choosing which units I completed as part of my apprenticeship and gave very useful advice on the units which would suit my role best. Daniel’s visits to my workplace were always very productive, well planned and structured which has helped me to complete my qualification at a very efficient rate. I am very pleased to have had Daniel as my Training Consultant as he was always friendly, hardworking and polite which has made achieving the qualification enjoyable throughout, he has also been very helpful when I have contacted him with any questions or concerns about my apprenticeship and had all my written submissions on Ecordia marked very quickly with excellent constructive feedback given. Another aspect of Key Training which I have enjoyed, is the use of Ecordia. I found Ecordia to be very user friendly and an excellent alternative to attending college or doing paper based coursework. The aspects of Ecordia which I enjoyed the most are the way in which you can see how far along you are in your qualification by looking at the percentage completed and I also found the learning resources provided on the E-Learning link very useful when completing coursework. Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed completing my qualification with Key Training and would highly recommend to anyone looking to complete an apprenticeship.
I have almost finished doing an Apprenticeship with Key Training and I would like to say how helpful my key worker Tammy Reynolds has been! I have really enjoyed doing the Apprenticeship and I think Tammy has helped so much through completing the course and guiding me through anything that I didn’t understand.
I have just recently taken my functional skills maths level 2 with the help from Kayleigh Kulkarni. I had to retake the test and with the help and support that I had from Kayleigh I was able to pass this time. I do feel that her encouragement aided me this time, as where before I was sure I would fail and did. I can honestly say that I would not have passed without her and I would like to thank her for support and I hope you can pass this on. She did a great job.
I would like to give some feedback about Emma Beevor in relation to a course I have nearly completed. I would like to start by saying she has really helped me progress through this course, giving me all the support I need and being really accommodating when it comes to how we can complete the units and revolve it around my work. When I took on a new role she was able to help me get my work done and plan it out without affecting my increased workload. She has been really friendly and has made the course a lot easier to complete by providing that kind of atmosphere. She is an absolute star.

I just wanted to contact you in regards to the level of assistance and professionalism we have received from your employee Miss Laurie Bowler. For the past 15 months or so Laurie has been our single POC with regards to Apprentice candidates. Throughout this period Laurie has been the consummate professional and has assisted us and the apprentices in constantly achieving and exceeding required standards. Her interpersonal skills with learners is highly commendable and our star apprentice Tommie speaks in extreme high regard for her! Always contactable, and able to offer clear and sound advice/assistance, she is an ambassador for Key Training! Please pass on my personal thanks along with that of Tommie (our apprentice) and the other members of the team who have the pleasure of dealing with her as more often than not good work is not recognised these days.
Just wanted to say I am extremely impressed with Natalie Alders. During this Apprenticeship I was behind on my work and didn’t understand where I stood with it all. As soon as Natalie stepped in and took over she instantly helped me to understand what I needed to do next and she pushed me towards the final finish line. I don’t think I could have completed my Apprenticeship in the given time with out her help and I am extremely grateful she stepped in.
I’m a Teaching Assistant and doing some training with your company. Heda Ali has been organising everything. It’s so comforting to know that if I’ve got any questions, then I’ve got someone who I can quickly get hold of and I know will respond very quickly. I was quite nervous about the new key skills training, but Heda has really helped to reassure me and helped me feel more confident.
I have been working with Laurie Bowler from Key Training completing my NVQ. Having Laurie, I’m never worried to Email or call because she always gets back to me and helps. With our ICT exams before, she was very calm and collected and went through anything that we were worried about. She made it clear what we had to do and made us feel better about completing the ICT Exam. Thanks to Laurie I have passed my ICT exam and well underway of completing my NVQ. Thank you so much,
Just a quick email to thank you for helping us start the process of employing an apprentice. Chloe was very good when she came out to see us and explained all our options and how we work together well. Lizzy has also been a credit to you in the way she deals with all enqiries and deals with “our silly questions”. The 2 members of staff you have there have dealt with us in a first class way and made the experiance easy.

Darren has been my Training Consultant for the duration of my Level 2 Business Administration course, he has supported me throughout the course and guided me through it. He has helped me with questions relating to the Apprenticeship itself such as how it works and also questions relating to my units. Darren has made my Apprenticeship easy for me to complete and I do not believe I could have completed the course at the rate I did if it was not for Darren helping me throughout. He put me at ease during the observations (which I did not like at first) and made me realise how easy it was to complete questions by explaining what I was doing and why I was doing them. I would like to say thank you to Darren for supporting me and being there for me for the full 12 months if I ever needed him and I look forward to starting my Level 3 Apprenticeship with Darren as my Training Consultant.

I am writing to give some feedback on Joanne Allison. Joanne has attended our practice for a number of years now as she has been the Training Consultant for all of our Apprentices (and we are on number 8 currently). I have always found Joanne to be very approachable and she is friendly but always professional. I find her interaction with the apprentices to be encouraging but firm when required and she is always well liked and received by them. We have recently had a difficult young lady who Joanne helped me out with on a number of occasions and I feel she went beyond what I would have expected to try and help me with a difficult situation. I write this email in recognition for the support I was given by Beth Rogers leading up to my Maths exam. With Beth’s encouragement, her teaching and learning skills, along with the practice papers she marked and commented back on, I managed to achieve a pass grade. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Beth for all her support and patience. I have now successfully completed all my functional skills tests and hope to get my diploma in Administration. I can see how this will be very useful, as a business with field operatives, you do not get to see your staff working on a daily basis. Laurie has been managing one of our Apprentices for 7 months, and we have met several times over this period. Laurie is punctual, polite and professional. She looks after our Apprentice very well, and explains what is required to do in a very clear and concise manner. In summary, Laurie is an asset to your team and we are happy to have her assigned to our Apprentice.
I recently got an Apprenticeship from your co-worker Michael Cherry-Downes, he was a massive help. The only person throughout an Apprenticeship Recruitment Agency that actually helped me and kept me up to date with the Apprenticeships that I applied for. Cheryl has to be one of the very best Assessors I have had. She is supportive, knowledgeable and gave me good guidance that enabled me to complete this process and obtain my qualification. Cheryl made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout this whole year. She always came in with a beaming smile and was very down to earth and approachable but also very, very professional. Cheryl is definatley a very unique and highly confident woman and she will be the making of so many learners.
Since meeting Laurie she has always been very helpful and makes things easy to understand. She is always supportive and makes sure you are able to work to your best. I think she is very friendly and I have learnt a lot, because of her, about my qualification and about different aspects of it. I look forward to progressing further in the future and, overall, I could not ask for a better Training Consultant.

Josh started his career in Recruitment as an Apprentice working towards an NVQ in Business & Administration in January 2012. On completion of the apprenticeship he progressed from basic database administration to carrying out the majority of the companies marketing, website and social media updates, and also trained others in the use of a bespoke in-house CRM system. Josh has since been introduced to the recruitment side of the business, starting as a Resourcer, progressing onto Account Manager for a large Automotive OEM and is now a 360 Recruitment Consultant specializing in the Aerospace sector. He feels he made the right decision by taking the apprenticeship route through Key Training which has laid the foundations of what he has achieved today.
I was just giving you a quick email with regards to Cheryl Double, she has been my Assessor and guider over the past year to help me achieve and pass my level 2 Business Admin NVQ. I would not have passed without the commitment and support she has given me over the past year. I found it quite stressful at times as my work place wasn’t always giving me the time and I really though I wasn’t going to pass in time. But Cheryl’s friendly approach and determining ways got my head down and really made it worthwhile. I would advise to friends and other work colleagues to use Key Training itself and also Cheryl as I think she is a very kind person and loves to help others get through things.
Firstly let me start off by saying that Cheryl brings the “Fire” quite literally as she lights up the room with her personality and friendly persona. She was so helpful to me and not only was there when I asked for help but she done even more than that. She went that extra mile and when I was struggling to make an appointment to take my I.T test, guess who was there to help, Cheryl. All jokes aside she has actually helped me through my Apprenticeship with ease. We could have a laugh and joke but when we got down to it we would work hard together and get things done to a great standard. I’ll miss her as my mentor.
My names Ashley, I wanted to give some feedback for Laurie who was my handler over the past year; Laurie helped me right from the start when I struggled with getting to grips with how Ecordia worked and the work I had been set. She was also very enthusiastic when I was showing her projects I had completed for work like booklets and graphics and job posts which I continued to create and post throughout the year I have been here and have used as evidence for my apprenticeship. She was easy to get on with and easy to talk to making it easier to ask for help on certain things throughout the year and she’s helped me to complete the Apprenticeship and gain further knowledge.
I’m David Burr and my Training Consultant is Laurie Bowler of Key Training. Laurie has taught me very well and has been really helpful in prepping me for my ICT Test in answering all of my questions and making sure I was prepared and ready for the test. I am just emailing you to give you some feedback as I have recently just finished my Apprenticeship in Business Admin. I have learnt a lot doing this Apprenticeship and now have a full time job. Anne Barreto was fantastic and was always at hand to help. Nothing was too much trouble and the full team at Key Training have been brilliant and could not thank them enough as without them I would never have gained my NVQ.
I have just recently completed my Level 3 Business Administration with Key Training and I would like to thank you for the opportunity of working with Key Training over the last 2 years. I would like to say a big thank you to my assessor Sarah Worsick. She was absolutely brilliant and was always there to help if I had any issues with units. Sarah was an approachable person and I always felt like I could speak to her about issues with units or if I hadn’t completed certain work. Sarah would always go through things throughly to make sure I had an understanding and I didn’t get stuck with any work.
I just wanted to send you a little email to say thank you to your company for supporting me over the past 2 years. Without the help of Key Training I definitely wouldn’t be where I am today. Sue Leacock has been my assessor for the past 2 years and she couldn’t have done more to support me to reach my goals. Sue is a real asset to your team and I’m sure she’ll continue to help young people have a real good start in their working life. I have completed my NVQ level 2 and NVQ level 3 in Business and Administration with Joanne and at the bottom of her email it gives me an option to let you know my opinions of how she’s doing. I think Joanne is an excellent Tutor. She has given me so much help and guidance and I don’t think I could have had a better Tutor. She has also helped me with personal issues as I have asked for advice with things that have nothing to do with my NVQ or my job and she has gone above and beyond to help me. I would just like to say how impressed I have been with the service Joshua Pohl has provided me today. I am amazed at how fast everything has happened and it wouldn’t be the case without him. I have had a phone interview, a interview with the business founder and have been offered an apprenticeship all in one day! I have been searching for an apprenticeship for months and it has been very stressful to say the least but after today I am blown away by how fast it has all happened. I am very thankful for being contacted by Key Training this morning as it has resulted in me getting an apprenticeship I have been wanting since July. In addition to this Joshua has gone above and beyond and contacted me after my interview even though he finished work before my interview even happened. I have been in contact with other training providers in the past which do not even compare to Key Training. Even though I haven’t started the apprenticeship yet I am extremely pleased with the help I’ve received.

As I am just completing my AA STLS, I wanted to share with you my feedback to my assessor, Tas. “Thanks Tas, I have thoroughly enjoyed the course and feel I have come a long way since starting. I greatly appreciate all your assistance, words of wisdom and gentle encouragement to get me to the finishing line. It is interesting to reflect back and recall, for instance, how scary I found the ICT aspect of the course – even the Exordia website was a complete mystery to me, but now I enjoy trying out all the features and feel very confident about using it. I also feel more confident in my workplace, carrying out my duties, and I think I have been able to further develop my skills in working with others and definitely in supporting the children and teachers I work with. I have learned the importance of reflection as a way to improve practise, and this is a given in everything I do. Many, many thanks.” I feel Tas has been wonderfully supportive and has always responded to my queries, and marked my assignments, very quickly.

After completing my STL3 apprenticeship, I would just like to say how efficient and supportive Nichola Marsh, my training consultant, and Dan Gray, my maths tutor, have been during my time spent with Key Training. They have both helped me through some stressful times during my course and without their sound advice and guidance I don’t think I would have been able to complete my course on time. Because of Nichola’s and Dan’s personalities, and professionalism I will be recommending, Key Training to my colleagues’ and friends who are considering to further their education and qualifications. I would like to give feedback regarding Imogen Moore and Kristian Hammond. I first contacted Kristian after applying for the recruitment apprenticeship at VNA on gov website. He replied straight away Monday morning I was very please as I had only applied Sunday night. I was already getting a call from Imogen within hours of Kristian reading my email again I was very pleased. Imogen was a wonderful help, she guided me through all interview questions and when I was unsure where the office for VNA was she helped me by Google mapping it and sending it to me. She was very helpful and thanks to her support as well as Kristians I start working for VNA on Wednesday next week. I am so grateful to have found Key Training as I have already been registered with other apprenticeship agencies but never have had the wonderful support of Kristian and Imogen. I look forward to completing my functional skills and apprenticeship through this wonderful company. As I have finished my year apprenticeship with Key Training I just wanted to let you know that Cheryl Double like her name puts in double the effort, double the enthusiasm, and double the happy and smiling behaviour. Whenever I have contacted Cheryl, she has always been kind and thoughtful to find the best way that can help whether that be via email or telephone. She is truly an excellent employee that you have, so much so that I would be more than happy to recommend Key Training and Cheryl to anyone who is looking for an apprenticeship. I just wanted to pass on some feedback on working with Key Training over the last few weeks. We were looking for an apprentice to cover our Reception/Administration function in our branch in Newcastle. We started recruiting ourselves for the role but became far too busy to keep up with the response and screening candidates. We have really enjoyed recruiting for Key Training in the past so I reached out to them to see if they might be able to help with apprentice recruitment. Within a few working hours I had a call from yourselves to book an appointment for a Business Development Executive to come see us and assess our needs. Natalie Parry came to visit and went through the role with my regional Manager in great detail, explaining our options for apprenticeship frameworks and talking through our needs. She was brilliant and clearly passed on the details incredibly well as within a few days we had 4 candidates booked in to see us for interview. The quality of candidates sent over by Amanda Leightley and team was exceptional, they were all very different candidates but had clearly been briefed well and the blurbs sent over about them were informative and very accurate having met them. I just wanted to send over a sort of thank you and praise for the team as we know how hard the job can be and that positive feedback doesn’t always get passed on. The constant updates on the process and ease of recruitment through Key has been great, and we would definitely recommend the service. We now have not one but two apprentices starting with us on Monday and we’re very excited to see how they get on. Keep up the good work!

I would like to express my gratitude towards Key Training and in particular my tutor, Juliana Smith. I previously had a bad experience with a workplace training provider, so I was a little hesitant when enrolling with yourselves. Shortly after enrolling I met my appointed tutor Juliana who instantaneously put my mind at rest. Throughout my course, Juliana proved to be an invaluable source of motivation, information and reassurance. Unlike my previous training providers, I was able to laugh with Juliana as well as work quickly and thoroughly towards completing my course. Juliana not only improved my knowledge but also made me feel more confident when applying my newly learnt skills. Overall, Key Training have proven themselves to be a fantastic workplace training provider, one that I will highly recommend & Juliana is an asset to your company. Many thanks to all at Key Training!
I am emailing you today regarding my apprenticeship that I have just completed. I would firstly like to thank all at Key Training for the opportunity and experience they have given to me. Most of all I would like to thank Joanne Alison who has helped and guided me throughout the entire year. She is such a supportive and caring Training Consultant. She had the highest concern for me doing well and making sure my work was to the best standard it could be. She offered support at any time of the day and was always there if I needed to ask any questions. She is by far the best Training Consultant I could have asked for.
On Tuesday 5th September I submitted my portfolio for my Level 3 Business Administration Course. I would say on the whole it has been a very worthwhile experience which I have gained a lot of knowledge from. I completed my Level 2 the year before and for the 2 years I had Tammy Reynolds on both occasions. I would personally like to thank Tammy for the work which she has done for me over the past 2 years. Laurie Bowler and Nicky Wells have both had parts to play this year. Laurie and Nicky have helped me along the way but mostly it has been down to Tammy. I was still submitting work at 4 on the Monday which Tammy was marking and coming back to me straight away. When I joined Haulfryn on 20/07/15 it was my first real job where it was office related and my skillset has come on a long way since that day and this is a lot due to the variety of units which Key Training has to offer during your course. I am hoping to move into a Full time role with Haulfryn and am very thankful to Key Training for giving me this opportunity over the last 2 years. I would also like to Thank Tammy for getting me through the past 2 years with my Level 2 certificate and hopefully a Level 3 also.

Before I started with Key Training I dropped out of college for medical reasons and found it hard to get a job. I applied for an Apprenticeship with Key Training and I was really happy getting the news that I had got the job. 2 years later I finished my Apprenticeship and was made a full time member of staff. The company have supported me and also made me feel part of a family. I would like to thank all members of staff at Key Training and a big thank you to Tony Lofts my manager, all the assessors for getting me through the Apprenticeship and all the people I have supported over the years. I will miss everyone.
I had Suzanne Terry as my Key Training Assessor before leaving for University. I would just like to say that she is a credit to the company and has helped me massively on my Apprenticeship with Key Training. When I first started my Apprenticeship my confidence was low and I didn’t have many admin skills. From the work Key Training has provided and her meetings with myself, my confidence has grown massively. The ecordia website it a good website to complete work on. I enjoy reading THE DAY articles as these are very interesting. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at Key Training for the support and work they have provided for myself.

I have just completed my Business Administration Apprenticeship and would like to give some feedback. I was working with Amelia from Key Training throughout the year and have nothing but good things to say about her. She helped me from start to finish and I never felt uncomfortable asking for help with the work I had to do. I was not enjoying my experience in my first 9 months with the company I worked for, as I was not doing what I wanted or could do and Amelia was always there to talk to and helped me transfer to another company, to complete my apprenticeship. I would recommend Key Training to anyone who is looking to start an Apprenticeship. Thank you!
I have just about finished my level 2 Business Admin Apprenticeship with Suzanne Hill at the Ipswich Key Training. I would just like to personally say how lovely and helpful Suzanne has been throughout my apprenticeship process and I have been very impressed all round. I am emailing you to praise a member of your staff – Emma Beevor. Emma took over from my previous tutor Natalie Alders in January. Emma caught up with mine and Natalies work quickly and was always very organised and punctual for each of our tutor sessions. Emma has supported me endlessly over the past few months with my Apprenticeship. Emma is a bubbly, funny person with the patience of a Saint – and I don’t think I could have gotten through my time at my workplace without Emma’s support and patience.

I would like to give feedback on one of your employee’s, Molly Bergdahl from Key Training Ipswich. I would like to start off by saying that she is a very lovely girl and easy to communicate with. She helped me through every process I needed to go through when I got my Apprenticeship; she helped with getting me the interview, helped go through interview techniques and it honestly helped me a lot. She was very understanding and patient and I knew I could ring her up or email her without hesitation if I needed any help with anything. When I successfully got my Apprenticeship, she congratulated me and still continued to check up on me a few days after my starting date to see how I was doing, which I thought was very thoughtful. I feel as if I wouldn’t have got this Apprenticeship if it wasn’t the help from Molly! I would highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling with finding either an Apprenticeship or Traineeship – I’ve already recommended her to two of my friends and they gave her a ring straight away and have said that she helped them get their interviews! I’m very happy with how things were run by Molly and I’m sure everyone else she has had contact with feels the same way. Thank you very much

I would like to provide feedback on Cheryl Double, my Training Consultant. I have known Cheryl for about 2 years now as I have completed part of my Level 2 customer service course and also my Level 3 management course. Cheryl is a fantastic tutor and she is always willing to help and support us with anything that comes up. Cheryl would always explain everything and make it easier to understand if one wasn’t sure how the questions were worded or if you needed anything explained in a different way. Cheryl’s hands on approach is great and she is willing to change appointments if need be whether that being work or family commitments. I remember a time where I had lost my voice and was supposed to have an appointment with Cheryl but she told me not to worry and we worked out doing written questions instead which was a great help as I didn’t want to get behind. I know that we are now offering more people a chance to do the Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship and I am going to promote this as much as possible. Not just because I know it is a great qualification to gain but if they have Cheryl as a tutor they will be in safe hands. Just thought I would pass on this feedback as I want you to know how much of an asset she is to your company.
I thought I’d give some feedback after having Joanne Alison as my Training Consultant. Joanne has always been supportive and informative from the beginning of my apprenticeship. When I first started she understood that there were going to be a lot of things that I would be confused by, like how to work Ecordia, how to create plans and how to add and submit evidence. Because Joanne is so positive and gives off the impression that you can talk to her about anything, it gave me the confidence to ask her whenever I wasn’t sure of anything. This meant I was always able to get work submitted on time and ultimately giving me more time to work on the next task. I was even able to find out about skills I had that I didn’t even notice because of the way Joanne explained questions to me. Overall, my whole experience with Key Training has been great and educational because of the support Joanne has given me. I hope this feedback is helpful.
I have been experiencing my apprentice opportunities from Lauren Gulliver, and I can’t express into words how much of an amazing help she’s been. I am so happy to have been out with someone like herself to gain my opportunities! Within my two experiences I am so grateful for her help. The extra emails and help guidelines she’s given me and through that I was given an opportunity to on go a new career, with many fingers crossed. I feel to have known her for a long time with only speaking to her for a short period of it which makes me feel a lot more at ease as I am and sometimes do come across a little shy! Thank you for the opportunities I have been given!!
I just wanted to send a quick message to let you know how much I love Amelia and Juliana. I started my apprenticeship with Amelia as my trainer as I was meant to be based in Reading. However, I ended up being based in London. Amelia was my trainer for a few months and was very helpful and very understanding and always helped me if I had any questions. I then swapped to Juliana and felt the exact same about her. She was always bubbly and happy to help. She would always call me to see how I was getting on and make sure I didn’t have any questions. I wanted to take this opportunity on completion of my Recruitment Qualification to give feedback on my assessor, Emma Beevor. It has been an absolute pleasure to have had her continuous help and support over the past 2 years through both my Level 2 and Level 3 courses. Emma has always been happy to offer advice and guidance to me even during out of hours, continuously making me feel at ease. My journey through my Apprenticeship’s has been thoroughly enjoyable because of Emma and it has encouraged me to want to continue building my qualifications and recommend Key Trainings services wherever possible; she truly is an asset to your team.
Key Training helped me find my footsteps to the career I have today. I completed the Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business Administration in 2014, which then gave me the ambition to gain further qualifications and become part of the management team. Four years later I am now responsible for Human Resources and Quality Management. Having an aim was the key to my success.
I am an Apprentice myself with Key Training and I had a phone conversation with Paul Holmes yesterday. He also emailed me and I thought I would leave some feedback as requested on the bottom of the email and just pop a quick email over to say he sounded really friendly and easy to talk to over the phone, as well as professional.
I started my course on the 8/08/2016 studying recruitment, Cheryl is my trainer and I wouldn’t want anyone else. Cheryl always comes in with a smile and brightens up the day. The best feature about Cheryl is she is always there to help and whenever I get stuck she unsolves the problem. When I first started this role I had no idea about recruitment but Cheryl has built my knowledge and I have a clear understanding in the recruitment industry. When I was at school I used to detest doing my homework but now when I get a piece I look forward to completing it, because of the knowledge of my work and Cheryl has trained me up to learn. I am very excited to progress and go onto my Level 3 as I love achieving goals. My colleagues also love Cheryl as she is so full of joy when she comes in and always makes an effort to get involved and gets feedback from them about how I am progressing . My colleagues are always willing to give feedback and let Cheryl know what I have learnt.
My Assessor was Cheryl Double and I have nothing but praise for her. Throughout the whole experience she has been majorly supportive from the start and has always motivated me to take the next step and even helped to motivate me to take some extra steps in adding an additional unit to my course. Cheryl is very understanding, supportive and friendly, and has made this whole experience very enjoyable and not at all stressful like I had worried before I had begun. If I do decide to take on my level 3, I would be very happy to work with her again. Sad to say goodbye as she has been incredible through this whole experience.
I am due to complete my apprenticeship soon. I’d like to give a feedback account! During my course at my employer, I have really enjoyed my time here on my Apprenticeship. I feel like I have came along way by being here as I have been supported so positively which has made me come a long way and out of my shell! I am really happy with where I am now as a person I have grown into a young lady from the help of my employer. I have also expanded my knowledge about daily life, which has opened my eyes about the world. During my course here I do admit I have had some ups and downs but I have had to support to help me get through it and over come things. Suzanne, my Key Trainer, is aware of some personal problems which she has been a big help and supported me, which I really appreciate. Everyone has been very supportive and have learned me things I’ll never forget.
I want to leave feedback following completion of my NVQ in Customer Services Level 2. The guidance and support I recieved from Cheryl Double was fantastic throughout! I cannot praise her enough for all she has done for me to help me achieve this qualification. Always friendly and very helpful.

He is very professional, mature, and can have a little bit of a laugh on the phone. Professional at all times, even outside of work hours. I have been asked by Suzanne Terry to pass over my comments to you regarding my Apprenticeship. I have basically really appreciated yourselves finding me my placement as I am going to be kept on in a full time job after it ends in October. I will have achieved a Level 3 in Business Administration (Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Business Administration Diploma Level). Suzanne is lovely and has been really helpful. The staff are very friendly in the base in Dean Street Newcastle the few times that I’ve needed to visit too.

She has always been willing to help if needed and has been really supportive and helpful. I found that she was very approachable and easy to talk to which made it easier when needing help or asking questions when not understanding something. She was always smiling and kind when she came into the office and made visits enjoyable.
I am currently doing a Customer Service Apprenticeship. I work with Laurie and I find the way she teaches brilliant. I understand everything and she really helps me out.
You might be aware, today I completed my training with Cheryl. I am very happy to have had Cheryl as my Trainer. I had trouble with my first work placement and I feel that Cheryl went above and beyond expectations and I am very grateful for all of her help and advice with this. With her help and support I am now in a work placement that I can enjoy and also have the potential to progress and grow. Cheryl helped me throughout the process with understanding the wording and how to use Ecordia and was always willing to help. Once again I am very happy to have had Cheryl as my trainer. I feel like we got on very well. Following this I will not hesitate in recommending Key Training to anyone who may ask.
I know I have given you feed back in the past As I have said in previous emails to you and Laurie. George is another good find by your company and he is working well. He does need a lot of tuition and I find that sometimes difficult to deliver effectively. I have had a conversation with Laurie about this. Laurie Bowler has been absolute fantastic. She has helped and guided me, showing me how to manage and develop Georges learning program. She has reassured me that I am doing the right thing. Her guidance and reassuring professional manner is a breath of fresh air. Her calm and managed approach to learning and teaching is such an enormous help to our company. I think without her brilliant ability to mentor both me and George, I don’t think I would have been able to set such an all-encompassing learning structure. She is an absolutely fantastic credit to your company. I’m sure you must get lots of positive feedback from other clients about her but I just wanted to say thank you to you, your organization and of course Laurie. Please feel free to pass on my comments to Laurie and thank her for her excellent visit once again this week. Laurie is an absolute credit to your organisation. Very professional with a human touch. Could I take this opportunity to say how impressed I was with the two candidates that were sent to me for interview today. They were both exactly what we briefed you on finding for us. I was very impressed with the way that they understood the role we needed filling and what questions they needed to ask us; preparation I was told that Lisa had undertaken as part of the service you give to candidates and providers. Please compliment Lisa on my behalf on an excellent job. We had also been interviewing other candidates from another agency. I can only say that your selection processes, preparation of candidates and understanding of this company’s needs were in a different league to the agency’s, if the end result is anything to go by. Sadly we can only employ one of the candidates and for reasons not related to Sol’s qualities, we chose Sarah. However I was so impressed by Sol that I have arranged for him to meet with a friend of mine who runs a company selling kitchen equipment to the catering trade and hotels. He will, if he wishes, have the opportunity to explore the option of taking out an apprentiship with them. We are hopeful that Sarah will be joining us. Regardless, we thank you for the quality of the service provided to date.

My name is Jess and I am now, thanks to Suzanne, a full time employee at Managed Fleet Services. Throughout my apprenticeship Suzanne was nothing but supportive and patient towards me. She gave me the motivation to push through my apprenticeship even on my bad days which has inspired me to work harder to give people the motivation she has given to me. I would like to make her recognized for her hard work and dedication to her learners as without her talent and thrive I don’t think I would have completed the apprenticeship anywhere near the standard I did. Without Suzanne I can safely say I would not have been able to persevere the last year. I am so thankful for her I am now a full time claims handler only going up within the business.
I have just finished my apprenticeship and had Amelia Lloyd as my Key Trainer, I am writing just to say she was outstanding throughout the whole process and was patient with me. I have just completed the Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Business Administration. David’s pre-existing knowledge of Level 4 qualifications was clearly evident and led to my being able to progress much more quickly through the qualification than I had previously. I especially found his guidance on the technical certificate assignments of a very high standard, both in terms of drawing out my existing knowledge and signposting me to useful support material to develop my understanding in areas with which I was not as familiar. His enthusiasm for the subject matter also shone through, which, as a trainer myself, I can appreciate is not always easy to maintain when discussing some topics at higher level, simply due to the complexity of some of the theory elements. David’s support and guidance enabled me to produce my assignments to a better standard, meaning fewer and fewer amendments were needed to submissions as I progressed through the qualification. His clear explanations of topics built on my existing knowledge and has enabled me to apply this in my own working practices.
I’m just writing this email to give feedback on one of your employees, Joshua Pohl He has been an amazing help and carried me through the whole process of getting an Apprenticeship. He went above and beyond and really cared about his job. He deserves the feedback. Also I’d like to say thank you for the services you provide.
I would just like to give you some feedback as I am at the end of my first year of my course and am soon to be moving on to Level 3 for Business Administration. Throughout the entire programme, I have been very happy with the help and guidance I have received. Joanne Allison could not have been a better Training Consultant. She was always available when I needed to ask queries about different units and went out of her way to make sure I was never struggling and had all of the information I needed. Joanne has been a big part of my experience and I think that my success in my level 2 is owed to her for being an incredible consultant and pushing me to reach my goals and I cannot thank her enough. Adam from the sales team has also been very helpful throughout. He helped find my current role and was amazing throughout the entire interview process and even when I started my role, checking to make sure everything was going well and that I enjoyed my position. My overall experience with Key Training has been perfect, there’s not one thing I can fault. Everyone is friendly, helpful and made me feel very at ease at all times and I think that this is very important as it allowed me to be able to trust the people that I have been working with and build great relationships. I would definitely recommend Key Training to other people who are interested in Apprenticeships and am looking forward to working with them again throughout my level 3.

I would just like to comment on how I have enjoyed working with Juliana Smith during my NVQ. I found Juliana had a very professional approach to her work with a can do attitude and it was due to this that has helped me complete my NVQ. Since Juliana became my Assessor I feel she has fully supported me during my NVQ and always been available to provide help when I needed it. I have found it difficult to balance the NVQ with my daily job but Juliana has helped me by arranging telephone assessments to complete the units required.
I have just finished my Apprenticeship with Key Training doing level 2 Business Administration. My Assessor was Laurie Bowler. I would like to say a massive thank you to Laurie as I wouldn’t be where I am today without her help and support. Laurie was such a lovely Assessor and helped me when I needed help. She was a shoulder to cry on when I was stressed about work and also listened to my problems with my personal life. I don’t think I would have passed successfully if I didn’t have her as my Assessor. Thank you for everything Laurie!!

I have completed Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Management, and my tutor and inspiration Monique Heery have been truly phenomenal. The course itself served me greatly and I would like to thank everyone involved.
I would like to take this opportunity to commend George. He visited our branch recently to discuss a possible Apprenticeship.George was on time, very clean and smart in appearance. When he started to explain the programme, he knew his subject matter. George was easy to talk to and very attentive. He gave timescales to expect to hear back from him and he fulfilled this. I am writing to you because I feel it necessary to share some feedback with how things were going with my Apprenticeship. I would also like to mention how pleased I was throughout the entire process. My time within the company made me feel overwhelmingly welcome and everyone there has managed to put up with me and my constant mistakes to build me up to the employee I am today. With no exception, my Assessor Cheryl has been a tremendous help with the way she has been involved with my learning process and building up on my experience as I’ve progressed through the year. Not only that but Cheryl has given me plenty of support and reassurance with my job as I was never really confident with it in the first place and now at the end of the year I am even being recommended to move up to the next level in qualification. I’m just coming to the end of my 2 year apprenticeship with Joanne Allison. I started doing my Level 2 and then proudly moved on to do my Level 3. Joanne has been a really supportive and understanding trainer through these past 2 years and has done more than just help me with my NVQ. Joanne will always help with any problems I may have and is always happy to help with anything. She is always there to answer the phone if I have any questions and really has been an amazing trainer for the past 2 years and I really appreciate this. Thank you.
Joanne Allison has been my trainer since first starting my NVQ 2 years ago and she has been an amazing support, She has always been very approachable and always been very helpful whenever I have been stuck on the NVQ. She has been a really good trainer to me over the past few years and has always been available whenever I have needed her. Whenever she comes to visit me she is always very cheery and always so lovely.
I have now just about finished my 2 year apprenticeship with Key Training, and I would just like to say how grateful and appreciative I am of having this opportunity and having Anne as my Tutor for the past 2 years. I have been fortunate enough to have someone like Anne with me for the past 2 years to get me through this, through thick and thin. Since day one Anne has been very helpful through all of my work giving me positive feedback when appropriate, and feedback on when I have needed to add something on to my work and/or change it completely when I didn’t understand but in a positive way, never letting me feel like I have done something completely wrong. Anne has also given me constructive criticism, which has only enhanced my ability, not only in my written work for Key Training but also in my job role as a whole, giving me the confidence and attitude a receptionists needs. I have also had some struggle with work in the middle of 2016 which was not a good time for me. Anne however stuck by my side and made sure I was OK, as well as letting me know that she had my back, and if needed she would be there if anything had happened. The support from Anne again has just been tremendous and it will be sad to think I wont be getting my monthly visits and catch up with her. This job role for Anne fits her to perfection as she is confident, approachable and very positive. Nothing is ever a bother for Anne and you can tell she loves her job. I would like to say thank you for everything and a big THANK YOU to Anne, I know that she will be a definite miss at the Surgery and I wish all the best for her.
I am writing to you to give my feedback on my Apprenticeship Experience. My experience with Cheryl Double has been nothing but positive, she has offered all the support I needed I order to complete my coursework to the best of my ability. My other colleagues have been with a different company, in comparison they have had little to no support and their coursework has not been set on time. With Key Training I have had a very positive experience and I wish to continue under your services if possible and complete a Sales level 3 Apprenticeship. Furthermore, I believe that Cheryl deserves a pay rise if she has not already had one for her hard work with me. I very much appreciate the service I have received with Key Training.
I have just completed a level 2 sales apprenticeship with Cheryl Double and would like to give you some feedback about her help throughout the year. Cheryl helped me all through the course to complete everything and was always letting me know how to get into contact if I ever needed help. She helped me to complete everything to a good standard and kept me well aware when everything needed to be completed by and what the next task would be. She gave regular feedback to my directors to let them know how well I was doing and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me achieve my course, she was a great help!

I have been under the training of the company for 4 months now. I started with a 3 month Traineeship and have now been working 1 month into my apprenticeship. I am very pleased with how things are going! I have learned so much that has set me up for the rest of my life and I wouldn’t have had any of this if it wasn’t for Key Training helping get the role and helping through the duration. In particular I would like to point out 2 members of staff that have made this a happy and worthy process: Sue MacLusky who helped me a lot throughout the interviewing process and Natalie Alders who is my course leader and is always there to support me if needed. I wanted to express my gratitude to the company in this email.
I just wanted to send you a quick email now I have completed my NVQ Customer Service Level 2 Diploma. Cheryl Double has been a pleasure to work with – friendly, fun and supportive. Cheryl was very accommodating when I informed her I was leaving Ansaback, where I had initially started the course, & was more than happy to continue via telephone interviews & visiting me at my new employers. I would recommend this course to anyone who is looking to further their education & experience within the Customer Service Sector. I hope this information is useful.
I have recently completed an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools and was placed with a tutor called Kayleigh Kulkarni who has supported me with the functional skills. She has been a great support and helped me through any difficulties I had. She has been encouraging, helpful and patient. I don’t think I could have passed all 3 of my exams without her. I have been very lucky to have been placed with her. She explained things clearly and was positive with my ability from the start. Any problems I had I could contact her and she always got back to me and called me when she said she would. It has been a pleasure working with her and I look forward to working with her in the future.
I’m Lillie Baker and I have been working with Laurie Bowler from Key Training completing my NVQ. Having Laurie I’m never worried to Email or Call because she always gets back to me and helps. I was stuck the past week with ICT work and we were on the phone for half an hour whilst she helped and explained to me what I should be doing. Laurie being so supportive makes me very happy and confident to go on with my NVQ. Thank you so much.

I just wanted to drop you a quick email. We have another apprentice at the moment, a lad call George Long. George is another good find by your company and we hope he’ll work out just as well as the others we have had from your company. The placement doesn’t stop with finding an apprentice. That’s just the start of the process. The hard work starts when, the apprentice develops into a valued member of staff and becomes an important asset to the business. It’s at this stage, when we need a professional tutor and mentor. Laurie Bowler: To develop an apprentice we need an excellent tutor and you, at Key Training have that in Laurie Bowler. Laurie totally understand the apprenticeship scheme and has the capability to explain it in an easy and affective way that the apprentice is fully committed. She is absolutely fantastic. She has an excellent ability to draw the apprentice in and to help them fully understand the hard work ahead of them. She is an excellent communicator and fully engaging with the apprentice. Laurie’s visits are fun but serious and are always conducted in a professional manner. She has the aptitude to help and lead the learner, so the learner finds the answers themselves. She explains the course work in such a way that the learner will know what to expect from start to finish and once the module is completed. Laurie makes sure the learner is supported though out his course work and George’s apprenticeship develops in the correct direction with constant feedback, development and learning opportunities. Laurie is an absolute credit to your organisation. Very professional with a human touch. First class.
I have completed my 2 year apprenticeship with Key Training and have successfully achieved a Level 3 NVQ qualification in customer service. I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and found it very rewarding. My mentor Suzanne has persistently advised and assisted me throughout the process and I can’t thank her enough. I hope to apply my teachings and qualifications into later career opportunities while striving for success.
I am emailing in regards to Lauren Gulliver. Lauren is extremely helpful and most importantly quick at getting back to me. Due to my current situation the faster I find out information the better. Very happy to have Lauren helping me.
I just wanted to say Laura Bell has been helping me with my English functional skills. She is fantastic I really doubted myself before, and Laura has really boosted my confidence. She is patient and shows you exactly where you have gone wrong. I really feel I would not have got through this without her support. I’m pleased to say I passed both my English papers.
I have clicked on the ‘How am I doing ‘ tab, to bring up a link of your email. I would love to tell you how helpful Ann has been in this year I have spent with her, she is a very nice lady and she has helped me out a great deal in gaining my apprenticeship. We have communicated very well, she has even contacted me on weekends and bank holiday weekends to ensure I am up to date on my work.
Just thought I would write a quick email explaining how helpful Laurie has been to me since I have been with Key Training. Last month, I was quite behind with my tasks that I had been set which made me really anxious to explain to Laurie that I was behind. Laurie had visited me this morning and was really understanding and helpful! She explained fully my tasks for this month, how I could research them if I was stuck and also added she’s there if I have any queries or doubts. I am so relieved and thankful for Laurie being so helpful today.
Hi Jim, just emailing to give my feedback on one of your workers named Azz Salam. He was very helpful and great to work with. He got me an interview for a great company and with his help I got a good job on the first attempt.
Having just had Laurie in to visit two of our apprentices for their observation. I would like to compliment her on her professional and supportive manner. It is always a pleasure to see her in the office. She accommodates us where ever possible. As a former teacher I can see she is an asset to your company. I feel it is always important that people receive praise where due as society seems to be quicker to criticise.
I’ve completed almost 70% of my Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship and I feel that I have gained a lot of experience working with children of mixed abilities and different backgrounds. Working with experienced professionals I have learnt many important and essential skills which will be really helpful in the future. My learning provider is really helpful and she supports me when I need help with my course. I would like to say thank you to everyone in the Apprenticeship team, all staff in School and especially to my learning provider for helping me.
I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the service I have recently received from your company. Both Adam and Lauren have been incredibly helpful and professional. They provided quality candidates and worked well to ensure the recruitment process went smoothly and quickly. I have used a few companies during my search for apprentices but Key Training has impressed me the most. You will be my first point of call in future.
My apprentice is coming to the end of her first year with us via Key Training, and I can honestly say that Ann & Lauren have been a great help and have assisted my every query and explained in depth when required. I have never struggled to get hold of them when required and Ann has always been punctual with her visits together with being polite and presentable. Emily (my apprentice) has progressed massively and I believe this is with the assistance of Key Training, as well as ourselves. I would definitely look in to getting another apprentice in the near future and If I do, I will be in touch with Lauren for this.
I would just like to let you know that I have just finished my Apprenticeship with Sue Howes as my Training Consultant! Sue has been amazing over the past year. She has always supported me and always helped me when needed. She’s also always believed in me, even when I didn’t. I couldn’t have asked for more help from Sue, she really was an amazing help over the time I’ve been at work, even when I wasn’t due to see her and I needed her help she would always take the time to come and see me! Sue work incredibly hard and she really shows that she loves her job which shows her enthusiasm towards helping as many people as possible, she is always happy and always smiling! She’s very organised when it comes to her Apprentices and always remembers what needs to happen with your work and focuses on each Apprentice and never fails to remember the last conversation we had, even after 1 or 2 weeks! – she knows exactly what is going on with each Apprentice which extremely helps me in knowing that she was listening and that she cared about what I was saying! Sue always supported me in my decisions and always spoke to me and treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. I couldn’t have asked for a better Training Consultant and she really is a credit to Key Training!
I have just completed the level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning Apprenticeship. I wanted to take a moment to inform you how lovely and helpful my tutor has been. Taslima Iqbal, has been extremely encouraging and supportive throughout my training. She has been available for contact anytime I have needed her and this has included outside of working hours. She has been understanding and patient and has been more than happy to explain things to me and guide me as needed. During this year, I experienced a personal issue in my family and during this time Taslima was very kind and understanding and took it upon herself to offer and arrange a slight deadline extension to enable me to ‘sort myself out’ and then get my work done to the correct level and in enough detail. Taslima also made contact on occasions she was let down by public transport – I found this very useful and thoughtful as it enabled me to inform my place of work that my meetings with would be delayed instead of being left wondering where she was. Her communication and keeping in contact is impeccable. I work in a busy main stream secondary school in a special needs department and on one occasion I had to ask Taslima to rearrange an observation visit as it was not suitable for her to come in to school as originally planned. She again was accommodating and effortlessly rescheduled her visit. Since completing my course I feel I have improved my professional practice and my confidence has increased. I feel I owe this vastly to Taslima who has been very supportive and encouraging during this year. I appreciate your time in reading this email and feel Taslima is a lovely, friendly and kind member of your staff.

I have just completed my Apprenticeship in Administration with Key Training. My assessor was Angela Baldwin and I feel she was a great attribute to me succeeding in my course and I would recommend her highly to anyone considering doing an Apprenticeship in the same field of work through Key Training.
I applied for one of your apprenticeships a few weeks ago and a few weeks after I was contacted by Callum Harris offering me interviews left, right and centre and without his help I would not of had gotten this far and been accepted for the apprenticeship I finally have! He called every time he had news for me, checking up on how I was doing, even on annual leave he called to make sure everything was going fine and made sure someone checked up on me while he was busy! Callum has been amazing and I couldn’t thank him enough.
I am an apprentice at NASCO (UK) LTD doing my level 3 Business Admin course. I am writing this email to THANK YOU for allowing two lovely ladies (TAMMY REYNOLDS and LAURIE BOWLER) to be my mentors. Both of them had done a great job and motivated me a lot to work at best. They always helped me with my work and explained the criteria effectively to me when I required their help. Just to request you one thing that could you please kindly praise them and appreciate them for their hard work and investing their time in helping their candidates.
Recently I have a applied for an apprenticeship via Key Training. My application has been taken by recruitment consultant Azz Salam. Azz has been amazing from start to finish! I have applied for various roles in the past and none have been done with such calmness and no one has shared my passion for the application as Azz did. Not only has Azz taken my application from the very beginning and stayed with it past my interview today, he has also made me feel very comfortable. He has offered his advice for the interview process and made sure I was thoroughly prepared for the interview itself. I rarely give feedback because usually I just never get round to it, however on this occasion I thought that Azz really deserved it. Regardless if I get the role or not, Azz has done all he can. PS – He then got the job we sent him for!
Overall, I have mostly enjoyed having Laurie over the last few months: she is very thorough, and when we have our face-to-face visits I always feel as though I have her full attention and support. I find it hard communicating via email with her sometimes as I feel that her patience can wear if I ask slightly repetitive questions, but I have to work with extremely clear instructions – especially as Ecordia can be difficult to work and find what I need. I’m hoping to have Laurie continue with me if I choose to go onto the next level of my apprenticeship at the end of this year, she really is brilliant and an asset to your company.
I’ve had Angela Baldwin as my Apprenticeship lady and I just want to let you know me and my supervisor Caroline think she’s absolutely fabulous! She made us feel at ease and helped me a lot throughout this year. Anything I have not understood she’s able to explain it to me. I just thought I’d let you know that Key Training/Angela have been amazing!
I just wanted to take a minute to email you in regards to Sharon Lynn and Imogen Young. Since looking for a new apprenticeship provider, I have tried a few different companies, and not a single one has compared to Key Training. The service and friendliness I have received from Sharon and Imogen has been fantastic. I literally can’t fault them in any way. They’ve given me faith in apprenticeship companies again and have made this process so simple, as well as finding us 3 apprentices! Please can you pass the feedback on, I really appreciate all their help and support, they’re great members of the team to have!!

I just wanted to give some feedback on Michael Cherry-Downes. I’ve now received a job offer from another training provider and company and accepted it but around the same time I applied to Key Training too and Michael was the one that got the ball rolling and he was really nice and friendly. When you are applying for any job, especially an Apprenticeship, I think it’s good to have someone who’s like that.
I just wanted to email you and say a massive thank you for everything you have done in the last 11 months. Throughout my apprenticeship you have not only provided professional support but also be extremely helpful with several personal issues. I constantly looked forward to when we had a meeting or when we could catch up. You have been a wonderful support every step of the way and always make sure I had something to look forward to. I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for me not just professionally but personally you pushed me to be confident and made me realise how much potential I have. Every visit you would power through every distraction I created and made me get all my work done to the best of my ability! You have made me laugh and smile, and you were a shoulder to cry on when I was struggling with everything. You never made me feel like I was just another student you had to see, I felt and feel that I was just meeting with a friend (who made me do work!) but a friend at the least. I wish I could show you how grateful I am for all you have done for me. I never loved education and was also seen as a troubled student, and for the first time in a long time I am so sad to be leaving a educational part of my life as you have made me feel so smart, so empowered and like I am capable of anything I want to do. I am truly going to miss you Suzanne! SO many thanks
I would like to let you know that Callum Harris has been a massive help over the last few days, giving me as much information as possible about the Apprenticeship and getting others interested in me. I have now been accepted for a job role and some of that is on behalf on Callum’s good work.
I have been completing a Business Administration Apprenticeship Level 3 with Suzanne Terry and would just like to pass on my compliments of how supportive she has been through the past year and understanding when I have had to rearrange appointments etc. I have thoroughly enjoyed the course.

Hello, I have just completed my Apprenticeship with Key training and I am wanting to give some feedback on my Training Consultant. Throughout my entire Apprenticeship Cheryl has helped me. I have never been stuck or felt like I had no one there to help me with any of my questions. I was behind on my work for some personal reasons and Cheryl helped me to get back on track and always allowed time for me so I could catch up and not feel like I was behind on anything, which would have stressed me out. I find that Cheryl goes above and beyond for all her learners, making sure we have the support and help we needed from the beginning to end. I have never felt like I was left in the dark and I have always felt happy to turn to Cheryl for any help needed and it was reassuring that I knew I would always get the best help possible. I would like to say thank you for all the support I have had from Cheryl and your company throughout my whole Apprenticeship. I couldn’t have asked for a better Tutor to spend my year with. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on this Apprenticeship because I find it very easy to have a good relationship with Cheryl and that I can always turn to her for any help needed.

Kayleigh would make up papers for me, on topics and didn’t understand and we would keep doing them until I understood them fully.
I write in respect of the completion of my apprenticeship and would like to give my feedback. Throughout the time on being on my apprenticeship I was tutored by Angela Baldwin and I can confirm that I am more than satisfied with the help and support she has provided me. I feel that throughout some months of completing assignments, I struggled and without the help from Angela, I do not think I would have completed on time or at all. If there was any time throughout my apprenticeship, where I doubted myself and my abilities Angela was always there to give me the correct moto. I cannot thank Angela Baldwin and Key Training enough for the opportunity I was given which has lead me to full time employment with the firm that I completed my apprenticeship with. I hope this feedback will be passed to Angela and I hope she will be proud of herself for the services and support she provides to all us trainees, because I know I am.
My name is Mireille Godfrey and I have just finished my first year in Business Administration Level 2. I would like to thank you for allowing me to do this course. My tutors name is Juliana Smith and she has taught me so much. Juliana is so professional in her job and is very kind. I don’t think I would have finished this course if it wasn’t for her determination in keeping me focused. I would also like to mention Philip Tatham from your Functional Skills Academy – between them I have now passed my English, Maths and ICT level 1. When I was younger I left school with no qualifications and thought as I got older I could not improve myself. I have now decided to go on to do level 3 in this course and with the help from Juliana and Philip. I hope to pass these too.
Just wanted to provide some feedback on your employee Amanda Leightley. She has been absolutely fantastic in helping me find a new apprenticeship and has been continuously supportive throughout interviews and helping me find vacancies in my area. I have applied for a range of different training companies in the past and she has been by far the most helpful person that I have been in contact with, ensuring that every email I sent was replied to and any questions I had were answered.
I have had a great journey thus far with Samantha Jones from your recruitment team and have been very impressed with how she completely understands the type of candidate we are looking for, which can be quite difficult as we are a specialist welfare to work and work based learning recruitment agency. Samantha has made the process of hiring 2 apprentices from yourselves in the space of 2 weeks very efficient and enjoyable and I would not hesitate in recommending Key Training to any one in my network looking to hire an apprentice. It has been recommended to get in touch with yourself to give some feedback in regards to my current trainer Laurie Bowler. Laurie has been my trainer for the past 10 months, She is helping me achieve my Level Two NVQ in Business Administration. Laurie so far has been an excellent trainer, right from the start she has provided all of the information, support and advice I needed to be to achieve the highest rate of progress possible. Laurie has answered every question I may have and has guided me fantastically through the course. I believe that from visits and telephone reviews with herself, I have greatly increased my confidence which has directly helped me integrate with my colleagues at work. From taking this apprentice course I have made the decision to continue working at my current place of work, progressing forward to taking on Level Three in Business Administration as I think this will be a great opportunity for me. I am very pleased with my trainer and am very thankful for all of her help so far.
Feedback on my Journey with Key Training- Over the last 4 years I have completed my NVQ Level 2, 3 and 4 for Business Admin. In par with that I have had four career developments. Starting from 2012- Elective Admissions Clerk Deputy Elective Admissions Manager Elective Admissions Manager Assistant Manager General Surgery and Urology – Present Day The completion of my NVQ levels over these years has helped me with being able to achieve these positions as it has helped with my development and knowledge. Also the increase in my qualifications has allowed me to meet the Person Specification for the roles from essential to desirable.
I am writing to inform you of what a wonderful experience I have had with Key Training. Although belated, I do feel the need to inform you of what excellent service I received from Chloe Abbs. When I was looking for an apprenticeship previously, she was extremely helpful and professional (whilst also being very polite). I must add that the sheer politeness and approachability of Ms. Abbs (along with her high level of professionalism) really did make finding an apprenticeship easier. Although I did end up taking an apprenticeship with another training provider (this was last year), I must assure you that this was only because of the actual apprenticeship vacancy – Chloe has been, out of all the many different people from different training providers I have spoken to in the past, the best recruitment consultant I have spoken to. Due to the fact that I left the apprenticeship I was previously in (simply due to the fact that I rushed into the apprenticeship), I am now looking for a new apprenticeship that is better suited to me and have found one with Key Training (one which I have applied for and thought very seriously and thoroughly about this time and have found that it would be the perfect role for me) I must say that the current lady who is helping me with the application process (regarding this current apprenticeship) at the moment, Molly Bergdahl, is also very professional, polite, and approachable; It is also very impressive to note that she has responded to my emails very promptly which is something that I appreciate massively. It astonishes me how professional, dedicated and polite your employees are, and I have never felt more comfortable in allowing these people to assist me with finding the right apprenticeship for me and help me with the application processes that allow me to pursue this. I really do hope that these praises are noted, as I am very thankful for all the help that Key Training has provided me with thus far. Key Training has certainly left a positive impression on me, and if I do ever run into anyone else seeking an apprenticeship this will be the training provider I will recommend.
I’m really enjoying my apprenticeship and think its going well as well as the learning I’m doing with it. Laurie has been really great, since I first started she made everything extremely clear for me of what I had to do she also made it clear that I could contact her whenever I needed her help with work or needed resources etc. which I have asked for before and she was extremely helpful.
Juliana Smith was my Apprenticeship Tutor and she helped and supported me through the whole process. I felt that I could ask her any question and would be able to answer. Through the Apprenticeship process she was also able to lend support and advice about office/work life which helped me settle down in the job quicker than I would have if I didn’t have her. One of the key things I think Juliana did was the fact that I never felt overly stressed with the Apprenticeship while working full time as I knew I had the support of her the whole way through. I was happy Juliana was my Tutor as she made me feel comfortable. Even afterwards she checked up on me to see how I was getting on as a Consultant.

Following the completion of my level 4 in Business Administration, I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Key Training, in particular to Julian Smith. My initial tutor Kasia, moved on a few months after I started and I did not get a chance to meet her replacement. Following this my work was assigned to Juliana, who was very supportive and helped me bring my work up to the standard of the IV. Juliana’s support and encouragement has showed me that I had the knowledge to complete my assessments independently and did not need to rely on sources and literature to find the answers to some of the more difficult units. This is now relevant to my daily practises where I now know I can overcome daily challenges with the knowledge I have learnt with Key Training. During my level 4 I have built my confidence and self-esteem and have even been promoted in my current organisation and I feel this is testament to how far I have come in such a short time.

I hope you are doing well? This is just a quick email as I have been asked to give feedback on my tutor/support worker. I was assigned to Kayleigh Kulkarni for extra help with my maths after I failed my first exam. I am not going to lie when it comes to maths I get frustrated! I felt as though Kayleigh was very patient and understanding. She always told me I had the potential to pass and that I just needed to have confidence in myself. She is half of the reason I can say I’ve finally passed! (My hard work being the other half aha!). In addition, she is always there to offer support and guideance, even though you aren’t in the same building you’d be suprised by how quick you can get a response! If I had to give one learning point, then I would suggest more days where you can go into the Key training centre for a one on one session in person rather than on the phone. That applies to any subject and any Tutor. Some people have different ways in working/learning and sometimes a phone call doesn’t suffice. Having said that, I undersand that not all employers will willingly give their apprentices a day off/time off for studying. I hope this has been of some use and I wish yourself and Kayleigh all the best! Thank You again!

We have now finished our training programme, but should we need any help with anything in the future Sue will be the first person I call. My names Tyrell. Recently I had been applying and applying for apprenticeships and going to interview after interview, hoping to find the correct one. On Monday the 6th of this month I went to an interview and managed to get the role and I honestly believe that I could never have had the courage and persistence to keep on going to these interviews if it wasn’t for your employees Samantha Jones and Joshua Poll. They have literally changed my life. It was going downhill, I was failing at college so I dropped out and my mom was forcing me to go out and do something and they were that something. They are a real asset to your company. I just want you to say thank you for your employees, your service and your company.

Just writing to you as I have great things to say about one of your Key Training trainers. I’ve just completed an Advanced Business Administration Level 3 Diploma Apprenticeship. Daniel Lister was my trainer and I would just like to tell you how amazing he was through the whole thing. He was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and he always went out of his way to help me progress through my apprenticeship and he has made the whole experience joyful. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him and I am so grateful to him for what he has helped me to achieve. He’s fairly new to this role (if I’m right in thinking so) and I think he will go very far and is definitely an asset to your team! He has a very bright future.
