I just wanted to email you today to praise Sue on her support & help over the past 12 months of my apprenticeship.
I have really enjoyed my apprenticeship this year (Level 2 NVQ Customer Service) and hope to continue into a Level 3 in the next few months. Sue has been a huge help to me and her enablement to give me a positive apprenticeship experience is the reason I’ll be taking myself into a second qualification.
If I’ve had any problems/queries, she has been only an email away. At the end of my apprenticeship, Sue came in to help me make improvements to aid a distinction. This proved of valuable help as I received the distinction in my showcase and receive my final grade confirmation Friday.
