Our Client is looking for a Recruitment Consultant Apprentice to join their friendly and professional team.

At Able Staffing we’re not just any job placement agency. That’s because we are specialists in recruitment for three particular areas – Early Years, Healthcare, Catering & Hospitality.

We provide a tailored service for each client, regardless of what sector. That means recruiting and matching talent for permanent work, as well as supplying suitable temporary staff at short notice.

Here at ABLE Staffing, we are a specialist recruitment agency working within the Early Years, Education, and Healthcare industries. Established in 2014 Able Staffing started solely focusing on permanent recruitment for Early Years. Over the years we have built great relationships and decided to open a temporary division to supply to our existing clients. In 2018 Able Staffing then ventured into Healthcare and Education, although we may be new to these fields our consultants are not! In each individual team, there is over 10 year’s recruitment experience! We use the experience and knowledge of our staff to target these industries to ensure we can offer exceptional service in areas that we have first-hand expertise with.

Roles and Responsibilities will include:

  • Resourcing and qualifying candidates for client vacancies across London and surrounding counties
  • All candidate administration including, references, applying for DBS’s, providing training links, etc.
  • Account management of existing clients and candidates
  • Advertising job vacancies
  • Using social media to generate candidate and client attraction

Support and Training will be provided throughout.

The right candidate may have the following skills and traits:

    Be willing to learn new skills
    Be friendly and professional
    Motivated and driven
    Excellent eye for detail
    Ability to multitask

Your working hours will be a routine 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday 7am – 4pm(1 hour lunch) with a weekly wage of £200
