- Maintain the purchase invoice register, monitoring the receipt or otherwise and authorisation of invoices.
- Processing expense claims and credit card expenses.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations, being the starting point in providing monthly figures.
- Assisting with sales invoicing
- Assisting credit controller in credit control and updating spreadsheets
- Running of weekly, monthly reports and spreadsheet updates
- Filing, Accounts house-keeping and archiving
- Providing cover for the accounts administrator and other finance members at busy periods or for holiday/sickness
- To perform any other duties as and when required in order to meet the needs of the business.
