Duties of the role:

  • Monitoring stock control on sage 50.
  • Liaising with packing department to dispatch goods to customers
  • Progressing to managing customer orders and transport arrangements
  • Implementation of minimum quantity bin system
  • Handling general telephone enquires
  • Ensure the careful, confidential and secure handling and processing of information
  • Complete general ICT tasks such as word processing, agendas, minutes, typing of letters and general correspondence

 

Personal Skills/qualities:

  • Ability to make efficient use of resources
  • Excellent people skills to be able to adapt to all levels and age groups
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft, Excel packages
  • Good Numeracy and Literacy skills
