Bee Eco has been trading since January 2015 where we have been part of numerous projects to help combat fuel poverty in the UK. We have recently branched out into ECO3 to provide a service which we believe to be a fantastic opportunity to help people insulate and heat their homes through government grants. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To answer phone calls
  • Take Messages
  • Make calls
  • Liaise with customers to book surveys or installations
  • Liaise with team members and  Line Manager
  • Liaise with supplier and installers
  • Update various softwares
  • Use Spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Use of Emails
  • Use of Photocopier and Scanner
  • Organise diary
  • Report to Line Manager
  • Request help as and when required
  • Learn on the job
