Making a Booking
After having identified your development needs, you can browse through the catalogue to select the training to develop your skills. The training catalogue contains the different courses available in the UK as well as what is offered in Belgium via ELearning and other methods.
To identify the right programme for you, please click on one of the 7 tabs from our Steer your Career page and this will guide you to the course content and available dates for each area of your development.
The booking process is very easy:
Go to People desk online.
Create a HR ticket (which you will find the link in the middle of the screen) and follow the links to UK Training Booking.
Please complete all boxes with your request of the course you would like to attend and date. Your Manager will receive workflow to approve your training booking.
WWP will process your booking and send joining instructions to you within 24 hours, along with a reminder email 3 days before the course.
NB:- if you are booking training for yourself and others, please only add other employees who report to your Manager as only one approval request can be sent.
It is as easy as that!
We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances do occur however cancellations of 10 working days or less or failure to attend your course will incur full cancellations charges to your division. Please ensure WWP are updated should you be unable to attend. Cancellations can be made at any time by emailing Euroclear@wwp.co.uk.
