Browns 2000 is offering an exciting role in Business Administration with the opportunity of completing industry recognised vocational qualifications. You will provide effective, efficient, confidential and comprehensive administrative support to our business.

Basic Role and Responsibilities (Job Description):

Office Team Member

Browns 2000 would like to recruit a new member of our office team.

We manufacture kitchen and bedroom doors to our trade customers, across the country. Our offices are modern and functional, and we currently have five members. 

The role would consist of:

Answering customer calls
Data entry
Filing
Printing delivery runs and preparing paperwork for drivers
Assisting the accounts department as and when needed
Keeping personal workspace clean and tidy
Opportunities to advance to data entry in Sage, manage own spreadsheets and assist with credit control
An ideal candidate would be organised, eager to learn and able to work independently or as part of a team. Confidence in answering calls, taking messages and being polite and helpful. Full training will be given for our specially designed software, however basic skills in Microsoft Office or similar would be essential.
