CJ Electrical Contracting Services

To provide support to the sales team by dealing with incoming customer enquiries, processing orders and assist the sales team with daily sales administration activities. You will also be responsible for building relationships with our suppliers, couriers and customers to ensure our customers receive the best customer service.

Main Duties:

Processing and despatching orders
Processing invoices for all sales transactions
Checking Prices
Supporting the sales team
Communicating important feedback from customers to the sales team
Answering incoming calls
Dealing with customer complaints

Desired skills
 Attention to detail and problem solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential
Ability to prioritise own workload
Be well versed in IT skills such as Microsoft Office
Excellent time management and strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment essential

Providing general support to the Accounts team with related invoice queries etc.
