Course Aims:

This course gives you an understanding of how to focus on the critical business issues needed to support your role as a commercially focussed professional. This course uses a balance of practical theory, activities and case studies to show you how to apply what you are learning to your own organisation.  You will learn how to make successful decisions based on a strong commercial business case.

Course Pre-requisites:

This course is designed for anyone who has to make commercially based decisions or is tasked with making savings within their organisation.
