Do you love the excitement and changeable atmosphere of real estate? Our client is a growing real estate firm who is hiring an apprentice customer service administrator to join their team and add value to their business. 

Main Duties:

  • Answering phones, emails and face to face enquiries.
  • Data input
  • Taking cash for rent and follow process
  • Filing
  • General task in office i.e. emptying bins, making teas and coffees
  • Providing support of general admin duties
  • Compiling and checking documents
  • Store and retrieve information
  • Scanning documents
  • Arrange the viewings with the potential tenants
  • Deal with the landlord’s enquiries
  • Preparing the legal tenancy agreements
  • Organising check in inventory reports
  • Work independently
  • Timekeeping
