Undertakes administrative job duties to support the Case Manager and Mortgage Broker achieve their objectives.
Sales Support Job Duties:
Takes customer information and enters it into the companies CRM systems
Ensure customer contact information js updated as required
Key data to 3rd party providers own application systems
Create compliance documents and send to clients for e-signature
Daily morning meeting to review case progress and agree actions for the day
Call 3rd parties (lenders / insurers / solicitors / estate agents) to assist in the progression of cases.
Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
Acknowledges customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls
Does any necessary administrative work including filing documents to the correct folders, scan documents and file, securely shred client documents
Follow up with customers to progress their cases.
Key new sales leads to the companies CRM
Assist with Social media management
