Delegation is a dynamic tool for motivating and training your team to realise their full potential. Without it, you lose their value. ‘Effective Delegation’’ is an intensive programme that gives you practical tools for delegating, both upwards and downwards. It analyses every task normally undertaken by you and considers whether, how and to whom each of those tasks might be delegated.

Course Pre-requisites:

This programme is for you if you want to entrust your authority to others who will then assume joint responsibility with you for certain tasks.
