Administrator Job Purpose:

You will assist in the smooth daily running of Evolve by carrying out your job requirements to the highest standard, while maintaining a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to clients via the telephone. It is an essential part of the role to ensure that clients and developers experience working with Evolve is a positive one, and therefore a thorough and methodical approach to the role is vital as you will be working with multiple clients, brokers, and developers at any given time. Administrator                                                                                   

Job Duties:                                                                     

  • Answering inbound calls and dealing with customer queries or transferring as necessary     
  • Calling lenders to obtain mortgage progress updates to support the case handlers
  • Ensuring developers online systems are kept up to date                             
  • Managing personal emails and responding in a timely manner                                 
  • Managing your CRM tasks, completing, and creating new tasks as required               
  • Updating CRM notes with any correspondence received from sites, lenders or the customer themselves                                                                                     
  • General office duties – e.g keeping photocopier filled with paper, franking post and other admin tasks Administrator .
