Our Client is looking for an Apprentice Business Administrator to join their friendly and professional team.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to progress and grow within a well-respected company with the position available at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.

 

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will be responsible for a variety of things, including but not limited to:

·         Photocopying, faxing, binding and filing all company documents

·         Taking calls

·         Emails

·         Collecting and sorting post

·         Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity

·         Taking phone messages and passing them on

·         Scheduling appointments and events

·         Ordering office stationery and other supplies

·         Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required

·         Making bookings

·         Creating files

 

Our client believes that in order to be successful in this apprenticeship, you are:

·         Able to use your own initiative as well as working in a team

The working hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm (30 minutes lunch break), Monday to Friday. 4 weeks of annual leave per annum not including bank holidays. The weekly wage is set at £175, to start.

This is a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills within a business setting! The successful apprentice will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard. There will be the opportunity to move onto the level 3 upon completion and there is an excellent opportunity to gain a full-time role if the apprentice is willing to work hard for their achievements.
