Therefore, they are looking for a business administration apprentice to join their team! The successful individual will have the opportunity to progress and grow within a well-respected company with the position available at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for a variety of things, including but not limited to:
- Managing candidate enquiries / applications and reviewing their CV’s
- Distributing suitable CV’s to Recruitment Consultants
- Undertaking the administrative duties for the business, including updating the CRM system for candidate meetings
- Maintaining the company database, to ensure candidate information is up to date
- Managing the job-advertising for active vacancies
- Answering telephone calls
- Undertaking headhunting activities for key vacancies and undertake your own personal recruitment
Our client believes that in order to be successful in this apprenticeship, you are:
- Conscientious, hard-working and eager to learn
- Adaptable and able to prioritise
- Able to use your own initiative as well as working in a team
The working hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm (30 minutes lunch break), Monday to Friday. 4 weeks of annual leave per annum not including bank holidays. The weekly wage is set at £175, to start.

The successful apprentice will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship Standard. There will be the opportunity to move onto the level 3 upon completion and there is an excellent opportunity to gain a full-time role if the apprentice is willing to work hard for their achievements.
