Our Client is looking for a Customer Service and Administrative Apprentice to join their friendly and professional team.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to progress and grow within a well-respected company with the position available at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.


The job role is varied but the main duties will include:


  • Assisting the Operations desks
  • Communicating with colleague’s and 3rd parties via telephone and email
  • Process of transports/bookings/trailers via in house management system
  • Preparation and distribution of documentation
  • Dealing with queries
  • General office duties
  • Support and Training will be provided throughout.


The right candidate may have the following skills and traits:


  • Good IT skills
  • Good telephone manor
  • Must have good customer service skills
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Can work under pressure in a positive way during busy periods in the fast-paced environment

Your weekly working hours will be a routine 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. You will be paid the National Minimum Wage according to your age.

The successful apprentice will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard Apprenticeship.
