Our Client is looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to join their friendly and professional team.
Gemini Electrical Services Limited is a privately owned company which provides building services contracting from design and build to traditional engineering projects, project management and planned maintenance for a diverse range of clients. Gemini Electrical Services are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working person to join their administration team. The successful candidate should have good IT skills, good communication skills be flexible and be willing to work as part of a team. The office environment is vibrant and busy so someone with an outgoing personality would fit in well.
Main roles and responsibilities will include:
- Inputting Invoices
- Creating purchase orders
- Completing cost trackers
- Taking phone calls, dealing with queries or directing them to the appropriate person
- Completing time sheets
- General office duties
Support and Training will be provided throughout.
The right candidate may have the following skills and traits:
- Can multitask
- Has a hope to progress into full time role
- Can fit well into different environments
Your working hours will be a routine 35.5 hours per week: Mon – Thurs 9am-5pm and Friday 9am–3pm with half hour lunch. You’ll have a weekly wage of £175.
