Vacancy description

Generate International requires a sales executive to help with our growing business. The main requirement of this position is to manage the registration process for new workers and relationship with our recruitment agencies. Registrations are mainly done over the phone and via email and will involve speaking to a wide variety of people, recording information and entering data into internal databases.

On a day to day basis you will be receiving calls from workers looking to register for Generate services, dealing with aftercare and building relationships with our agencies. This is a customer facing role and will require good communication skills, both written and verbal

You’ll be developing relationships with external clients, and as this role develops, there will be opportunities to meet and take business clients out for lunches and drinks with other members of the Generate team. 

This role will include:

  • Explaining Generate services to new workers and clients
  • Recording customer data and entering into internal databases
  • Working to deadlines
  • Meeting and working with external clients
  • Handling customer issues with confidence, providing resolutions to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Representing Generate in a positive manner
