The job role is varied but the main duties will include:

  • Explaining Generate services to new workers and clients
  • Recording customer data and entering into internal databases
  • Working to deadlines
  • Meeting and working with external clients
  • Handling customer issues with confidence, providing resolutions to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Representing Generate in a positive manner
  • Attending industry functions and events

Training to be provided

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practionar Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional Skills, if required.
  • Remotely Delivered

Progression

  • There is an excellent opportunity to gain a full-time role if the apprentice is willing to work hard for their achievements

  • Monday – Friday (9.00am-5.30pm) Working from home Monday – Wednesday
