Our Client is looking for a Customer Service/Marketing Executive Apprentice to join their friendly and professional team.
Doddle is your ultimate communication and collaboration platform enabling you to work smarter. With intuitive channels and bespoke workflows you can build, it allows you to streamline your conversations for a more efficient and effective way of working and collaborating.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with paying clients
- Provide research and content based on requirements pre-agreed with clients
- Providing account management support
- Content creation (including copywriting)
- Engagement and outreach for new clients
- Sending and receiving emails
- General admin duties
Support and Training will be provided throughout.
The right candidate may have the following skills and traits:
- Knowledge of social media (Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn)
- Customer service focused mindset
- Be able to think on your own feet
- Creative outlook
- Upbeat positive attitude
Your working hours will be a routine 37.5 hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with a weekly wage of £200
This is a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills within a business setting! The successful apprentice will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard. There will be the opportunity to move onto the level 3 upon completion and there is an excellent opportunity to gain a full-time role if the apprentice is willing to work hard for their achievements.
