Job Description:

  • Receiving and processing customer enquiries
  • Liaising with technicians
  • Taking notes
  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone and email
  • Processing bookings
  • Providing all round administrative help

  • Good IT skills with ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent customer service
  • Professional telephone manner
  • High level of attention to detail

Desired qualifications

  • GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English are desirable, however not essential.

  • Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional Skills, if required
  • In house training to be provided by the employer
