Our Client is looking for an Apprentice Commis Chef to join their friendly and professional team, who can deliver excellent standards of customer service and love working together, with us, to ensure that our clients get an unprecedented level of service.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to progress and grow within a well-respected company with a full-time role available at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.
You will be a vital team member, supporting the head chef with the preparation, cooking, plating, and delivering of fresh food. You will also be responsible for assisting in the Kitchen, ensuring that the dishwasher is managed and helping the team with the end of day cleaning.
The job role is varied but the main duties will include:
Assisting in the food preparation process.
Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes.
Preparing vegetables, meats, and fish.
Assisting the head chef.
Helping with deliveries and restocking.
Assisting with stock rotation, cleaning stations.
Support and Training will be provided throughout.

The successful apprentice will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship Standard.
