Our Client is looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to join their friendly and professional team.
Heeney Civils Limited is a Labour and Plant hire company that supplies into the construction industry across all various trades and skill bases. Heeney Civils Limited prides itself on completing contracts on time, to budget and safely.
Heeney Civils Limited was started in 1991 as a private company called Heneghan Construction, then in 2005 the company went limited and was then known as Phil Heneghan Construction Limited , and due to the increase in business changed our name to Heeney Civils Limited in 2012, we have worked throughout the UK on many large scale projects, supplying men to our Clients, which include Balfour Beatty, Galliford Try PLC, Hochtief, Buckingham Group, KMI, Kier, E-ON and The MerseyLink project.
Heeney Civils Limited have supplied Operatives for our Clients specific requirements in the following areas.

The job role is varied but the main duties will include:
- Checking of Weekly Payroll to inclue PAYE, Umbrella and CIS
- Associated Administration of Electronic time of attendance system for PAYE employees
- Checking of timesheets
- Help with New Starter and Induciton paperwork
- Leaver administration & P45
- Help with submission of weekly RTI and Monthly Return (P32)
- Auto-Enrolment Pension Administration.
- Accounts & book-keeping cover as requried
- Ad-hoc Administrative Duties as required
Support and Training will be provided throughout.
The right candidate may have the following skills and traits:
- Interested in payroll
- IT skills
- People skills
- Problem solver
Your working hours will be a routine 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday (Shifts to be confirmed) within the hours of 7am-5pm with a weekly wage of £175.
Full UK Driving license and access to own transport is desirable due to office location.
