Our Client is looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to join their friendly and professional team.
Ivy Business Centre operates from the historical building Ivy Mill in a town called Failsworth and is steeped in history.
Ivy Business Centre is a large multi-occupancy business on the outskirts of Manchester comprising of 150,000sq ft of mixed office and storage space on a 4 acre site. Located off junction 22 of the Manchester orbital motorway M60, onto the A62 towards Manchester City centre.
It is an independent, owner-managed business centre with over 10 years of experience in business centre & office space rental and therefore it therefore thrives in providing a professional service of the highest standard with particular attention to individual custom based requirements. Our ethos has always been to provide excellent service and value for money.
Our devoted business management team will take care of you – while you take care of business. Our conference facilities, meeting rooms, and business suites are also available to hire for your convenience. The job role is varied but the main duties will include:
- Updating work spreadsheets
- Updating database and timesheet system
- Fleet management
- Ensure all candidate and client information is accurately recorded into our recruitment software
- Ensure client processes are accurately followed including reference checking and verifying employment history
- General running of administration support
Support and Training will be provided throughout.
The right candidate may have the following skills and traits:
- Educational requirements met
- Good clerical skills
- Administrative and organizational skills
Your working hours will be a routine 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday 8:30am – 17:00 with a weekly wage of £175
