As a Trainee within the Skills Delivery team, you will support and contribute to departments to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard to ensure a high quality of education is delivered to all learners within the delivery team, working closely with quality to ensure an outstanding end to end journey is delivered.
- Support and contribute to the coordination of monthly team meetings
- Support the Head of Skills Delivery to ensure effective resolution of complaints/disputes at the appropriate level are documented accurately
- Support the Head of Skills Delivery with employer engagement and reporting to ensure employer satisfaction from recruitment to completion/progression of learners.
- To participate fully in any appropriate CPD
- To support and collate required documentation
- Fully co-operate with the company in implementing its policy for Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding and Prevent
- Set and collate surveys and complete analysis of the returns
- Additional duties, relevant to the business needs as agreed with the Head of Skills Delivery
- Maintenance of records and version controls on documentation
- Handling basis queries coming into the team
- Registration checks and data analysis
- Use a range of IT packages including excel and software systems
- Collate information and data from e-portfolio systems
- Support delivery team in projects, recording and monitoring information
- Capturing information relating to training and communicating it to teams
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and partners
Training to be provided
- Business Admin Level 3 standard
- In-house training to be provided by Key Training
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade C/4) desirable

- £10,400
Working week
- Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm
- Total hours per week: 35
