As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be:

  • Providing excellent customer service at all time to ensure a professional/ positive image of the company is given to all existing and new candidates
  • Dealing with candidates over the telephone
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Inputting learners onto the internal system
  • Chasing candidates to complete compliance documents
  • Managing in-house computer systems
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Data processing
  • Scanning documents

Training to be provided

  • In-house training to be provided by Key Training
  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Future prospects

  • A full-time position could become available to the right person after the Apprenticeship.

Working week

  • Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm
  • Total hours per week: 35
