As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will be:
- Providing excellent customer service at all time to ensure a professional/ positive image of the company is given to all existing and new candidates
- Dealing with candidates over the telephone
- Filing and maintaining internal documents
- Inputting learners onto the internal system
- Chasing candidates to complete compliance documents
- Managing in-house computer systems
- Sending and receiving emails
- Data processing
- Scanning documents
Training to be provided
- In-house training to be provided by Key Training
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
Future prospects
- A full-time position could become available to the right person after the Apprenticeship.

- Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm
