As a Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice, you will be:
- Accurately recording opportunities on the CRM and converting to onboarded sales
- Deliver high-quality information, advice, and guidance to all customers in line with Matrix
- Carry out Initial Assessments to ensure eligibility and appropriateness of training
- Track and drive enrolments onto the programme
- Work with the Compliance Administrators to enrol learners and accuracy of records
- Where appropriate conduct remote enrolments with customers
- Work with the Sales Team to identify and maximise opportunities
- Ensure the CRM is fully updated at all times
- Complete and submit all start paperwork to the relevant team to a high standard
- Follow the aftercare process with all new learners to ensure retention
- Ensure that processes and compliance are followed at all times
- Maintain knowledge of funding rules
- Supporting employers in double locking levy digital accounts
- Fully co-operate with the company in implementing its policy for Equality and Diversity
- Familiarise yourself with the company Health and Safety Policy, taking particular note of your individual responsibilities outlined in section 2 of the policy. This is located on the company intranet
- Additional duties, relevant to the business needs will be agreed upon with your manager
Training to be provided
- Level 2 recruitment resourcer standard
- In-house training to be provided by Key Training
- Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade C/4) desirable

- £10,400
Working week
- Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm
- Total hours per week: 35
