As a Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice, you will be:

  • Accurately recording opportunities on the CRM and converting to onboarded sales
  • Deliver high-quality information, advice, and guidance to all customers in line with Matrix
  • Carry out Initial Assessments to ensure eligibility and appropriateness of training
  • Track and drive enrolments onto the programme
  • Work with the Compliance Administrators to enrol learners and accuracy of records
  • Where appropriate conduct remote enrolments with customers
  • Work with the Sales Team to identify and maximise opportunities
  • Ensure the CRM is fully updated at all times
  • Complete and submit all start paperwork to the relevant team to a high standard
  • Follow the aftercare process with all new learners to ensure retention
  • Ensure that processes and compliance are followed at all times
  • Maintain knowledge of funding rules
  • Supporting employers in double locking levy digital accounts
  • Fully co-operate with the company in implementing its policy for Equality and Diversity
  • Familiarise yourself with the company Health and Safety Policy, taking particular note of your individual responsibilities outlined in section 2 of the policy. This is located on the company intranet
  • Additional duties, relevant to the business needs will be agreed upon with your manager

Training to be provided

  • Level 2 recruitment resourcer standard
  • In-house training to be provided by Key Training
  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Annual wage

  • £10,400

Working week

  • Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm
  • Total hours per week: 35
