Roles and Responsibilities Include:

  • Open, date stamp and distribute all post
  • Scan/file all correspondence
  • Create employee electronic files
  • Administration of eye care vouchers
  • Administration of HR expense claims
  • Daily BCP reporting
  • Ensure HR database is kept up to date
  • Monitor HR. System Admin email
  • Ex-employee reference requests
  • Assist with onboarding experience
  • Ordering flowers/gifts for staff
  • Ad-hoc support admin as required

Full training will be provided.

Desired qualifications:

  • GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English are desirable however, not essential for this role

Training to be provided: 

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, which includes
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required)
    End-Point Assessment (EPA)
