Key Group are specialists in the delivery of bespoke Leadership and Management Training with a dedicated department resourced by trainers and assessors with relevant business experience. All our trainers have completed the Apprenticeship programmes they train themselves and have the skills to support your people through to successful completion.

For managers, new to leading teams through to more experienced senior managers undertaking degree level Apprenticeships, we will design a programme to give managers, at whatever level they operate, the ability to mentor others and to drive success within your business. We will both challenge and support your managers to recognise their own strengths as well as areas for development and provide them with the most recent thinking on how to motivate others to be the best they can. If you wish, we can include Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) accreditation as part of your programme.

The new standards will provide your organisation with the insights into what good leadership looks like and how to develop themselves and lead others through understanding the theories and processes of impactful leadership effectiveness.

As all organisations are different we will understand what leadership means to you in the context of your business and work with you to make the links with your culture, which will allow individuals to maintain their own personalities but understand everyone is working towards the same goal.

The investment you make in your managers will allow them to develop new skills which we have outlined below. Managers taking part in an Apprenticeship programme do not need to be called an apprentice internally.
