Property preparations for tenancy

  • To inform Maintenance person (MP)/contractors of any repairs identified from any check-outs/viewings/check-ins visit
  • Liaise with MP/contractors for the scheduling of the property/room to be professionally cleaned


  • The carrying out of checking FixFlo at the start of day for any maintenance jobs requests.
  • The contacting of the tenants acknowledging that their request has been logged.
  • Issuing of Job Sheets, all jobs coming through FixFlo/phone/email are logged onto the ‘Works Log Sheet’
  • Ensure that the ‘Works Log Sheet’ is maintained and kept updated with all outstanding jobs followed up daily
  • The distribution of jobs to MP and booked onto Appt Asana.
  • To match all incoming invoices from contractors and suppliers against relevant ‘Job Sheet’
  • All matched invoices and Job Sheet to be taken to accounts.

Key control of property keys

  • Each morning carryout an audit of any missing keys with the signing in and out book to confirm the keys whereabouts.  Any keys missing bring to the attention of Nikky.
  • Random key checks will be carried to ensure that all keys are present and accounted for
