Working week
Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm (Shift patterns may vary)
Total hours per week: 37.50
Weekly wage
£160.00
Expected duration
14 months

Duties to include:

  • Communicating over the telephone with clients and colleagues
  • Working on the reception area, meeting and greeting visitors 
  • Using excellent customer service continuously
  • Organise and report data 
  • Managing in house computer system 
  • Sending and receiving emails 
  • Postal and stationary duties 
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents 
  • Store and retrieve information 
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Scanning documents

Training to be provided

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:

  • Functional Skills in maths, English  where applicable
  • In house training from the employer
