Your responsibilities:

Deliver distinctly exceptional hospitality
Ensure thorough knowledge of menus and allergen information
Ensure thorough knowledge of the venue
Always smile, greet and thank guests
Build a rapport with guests
Build a rapport with all members of the ECC team you encounter
Handle guest enquiries and communication courteously and professionally
Always follow service standards as laid out in the ECC Sequence of Service
Use your suggestive, up selling and complementary selling skills at all times
Maintain service tools and equipment
Inform the manager/supervisor of any complaints immediately
Inform the manager of any drunk or suspicious guests
Set up and breakdown service area according to company standards
Support in all aspects of the guest journey
You are responsible for the security and control of stock, including any stock losses
Your deliverables:

Undertake other duties as reasonably required by management
Ensure the environment is always kept at optimum cleanliness for the enjoyment of our guests
Always greet and thank our guests
Support the Runners in prompt food and drinks delivery
Clean up any spillages or breakages promptly
Stock up, clean and tidy all service areas
No food or drink should be served to guests unless it is correct in terms of specification and quality
Ensure all duties are completed and handover fully before leaving at the end of your shift
Ensure that you have excellent personal hygiene standards and adhere to all company. standards relating to appearance and uniform
Ensure your uniform is clean and ironed every shift
Always arrive promptly, on your marks and ready to start your shift
Remain as upskilled as possible through our e-learning platform flow
