Due to continued growth, Nelson Group Holdings are looking for an Apprentice Payroll Administrator to join their award-winning team in Birmingham.

The successful individual will have the opportunity to progress and grow within a well-respected company with the position of a Payroll Administrator available at the end of the apprenticeship for the right candidate.

The job role is varied but the main duties will include:

  • Data entry of timesheets into internal CRM system
  • Calculations of holiday pay
  • Inputting of holiday pay into CRM system
  • Generating invoices for clients
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Liaising with clients on invoice queries
  • Processing new starter information

Support and Training will be provided throughout.

The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The working week will consist of a routine, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm (with a 1-hour lunch). The weekly wage is set at £156, to start.

You will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
