Skillsfirst Assess have now completed their first end-point assessments (EPA) on the Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard.
We would like to congratulate Key Training apprentices Emily Rose Buckthorpe and Callum Allen on their fantastic achievement. Both apprentices are employed at The Romans Group (UK) Ltd.
Darren Wall, Lead End-point Assessor for Skillsfirst Assess, carried out the showcase reviews, observations in the workplace and professional discussions.
