Advanced Level Apprenticeship
Roles and Responsibilities Include:
Identifying suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies
Servicing and maintaining the relationships with candidates/contractors/client contacts, where applicable, across relevant business units of your division.
Taking a flexible approach to meet the demands of ARM clients and SLA’s
You will be working towards KPI’s and paying close attention to:
Identify suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies.
Successfully advertise vacancies with a suitable source that will generate CV’s and candidates.
Actively generate leads for the team and cross functionally.
Arrange interviews by effectively liaising with the client, candidates and internal ARM teams.
Skilling up and updating candidates.
Progress reference checks.
Forwarding the appropriate administration to support each applicants CV adhering to legal business terms at all times.
Ensuring information on Colleague database is logged relating to the client/candidate to secure effective working relationships and build upon existing business.
To meet and ideally exceed KPI targets and financial revenue.
Requirements and prospects
Experience in a call centre/sales environment is desirable but not essential
Experience in working to deadlines
Customer service experience
Attention to detail
Confident and persuasive communicator, both in writing and verbally
Delivery driven and passionate about results
Professionally presented and punctual
Willingness to do “what it takes” to exceed client and customer expectations
Self motivated and able to identify opportunities
Resilient, with a good sense of humour
A-C / 7-4 in maths and English (or the equivalent) are desirable, however not essential
