Vacancy description

Roles and Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing full life cycle of the recruitment process 
  • Ensuring that all ARM’s services are offered to clients where appropriate
  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media
  • Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
  • You will be working towards KPI’s and paying close attention to:
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Enhance existing business in accordance with KPI’s
  • Visit the client and candidate as and when appropriate
  • Successfully advertise vacancies with a suitable source that will generate CV’s and candidates
  • Identify suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies, individually and utilising the appropriate resource teams
  • Arrange interviews by effectively liaising with the client, candidate and internal ARM teams
  • Skilling up and updating candidates and clients on Colleague database
  • Progress reference checks
  • Progress lead generation and follow up accordingly
  • Forwarding the appropriate administration to support each applicants CV, adhering to legal business obligations at all times
  • Ensuring information on Colleague database is logged relating to the client/candidates, to secure effective working relationships, and build upon existing business


Requirements and prospects Desired skills

  • Experience in a call centre/sales environment is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in working to deadlines
  • Customer service experience

A-C / 7-4 in maths and English (or the equivalent) are desirable, however not essential
