Vacancy description
 

Main duties: 

Photocopying, scanning and printing when required (this is a large part of the role)
Opening the post and DX
Posting out of briefs and recording on the internal system (training will be provided)
Meet and greet clients and maintain a professional and positive image at all times
Providing refreshments including lunches where appropriate for conferences
Setting up video conferences, Skype conferences and conference calls
Check the fax machine regularly and deliver to colleagues
Taking documents to court
Providing support of general admin duties
Replenish office equipment
Running various errands as and when appropriate
Providing telephone and reception cover during Receptionist absence and taking overflow of incoming calls, taking accurate messages
Maintain the office in a tidy way
Report any Health and Safety concerns to the Receptionist
Any other duties deemed appropriate for the role
Willingness to be trained as First Aider and Fire Marshal 
 

Desired skills

Excellent communication skills and strong telephone voice is essential
Ability to build relationships and liaise with people at all levels
Strong organisational admin skills, with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently using your own initiative and as part of a team
Confidentiality 
 
Personal qualities

Can work under pressure and to deadlines
High level of motivation with a drive to learn new skills
Smart personal presentation
maths and English GCSE Grade A-C 9/4 or equivalent is required and A Levels or equivalent are desirable
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
 
Desired qualifications

A-C/9-4 in maths and English are desirable however not essential.
