Our client is looking for a Business Admin Apprentice to join their friendly and professional team.

Looking for a motivated Administrator to join a successful team, projecting over double year-on-year growth in sales. Their specialist team are focused on brokering the buying and selling of businesses within financial services. The team provide a unique service of helping businesses acquire other firms and helping business owners to retire. The team are well respected by their customers and clients due to the excellent, knowledgeable service provided.

The job role is varied but the main duties will include:

As an Administrator, you will be supporting the experienced team with processing updates, updating the CRM system and keeping a close eye on the progression of cases throughout the process.

To help the business continue to grow, part of your role will be focused on sourcing potential prospects. This will include researching publicly available information to identify business owners looking to sell. You will the use a mixture of email and telephone to contact the prospects to assess their circumstances.

In addition, you will assist the marketing function of the team through creating monthly email newsletters, undertaking annual surveys, posting social media content and any new projects the business embarks on.

Please note full training will be provided.

Career Progression

You will be joining a forward-thinking business that supports the long-term career development of their team. Your progression could develop through a number of different options including: senior administration responsibilities, greater level of client contact, increased input on marketing etc. Also, you will have the option to move across to the successful recruitment team and become a Recruitment Consultant.

The working week will consist of a routine 37.5 hours, between 8am-6pm (start time will vary). The annual wage is set at £10k plus performance related bonuses, to increase throughout the program.

The successful apprentice will be working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
