Our PRINCE2 Agile Foundation enables you to benefit from PRINCE2 Agile’s guidance on delivering, managing and working within agile projects and project teams, without the need for any prior knowledge of PRINCE2®.

To pass the Foundation exam, you will need to demonstrate sufficient recall and
understanding of the PRINCE2 Agile® project management method.

 

LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation classroom course, you should be able to:

  • Understand key concepts relating to PRINCE2
  • Understand key concepts relating to projects and PRINCE2 Agile
  • Understand how PRINCE2 principles, themes, processes and management products are tailored and/or applied in an agile context
  • Understand the agile ways of working, key terms and techniques
  • Understand the focus areas in an agile context

This is an intensive three-day course that includes the following:

  • All accompanying course material
  • The official PRINCE2 Agile manual
  • The cost of the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation examination
    (the exam is taken on the last day of the course)

ACCREDITATION

The format of the Foundation exam is as follows:

  • 60 minutes
  • Multiple-choice
  • 50 questions, each worth one mark
  • 28 marks or more, out of 50 questions, required to pass – 55% pass mark
  • Closed book

PRE-COURSE

There is mandatory online pre-course work that must be completed prior to attending this course, which should take approximately eight hours to complete. You will be sent full instructions with a link to the online pre-course within 48 hours of your confirmed booking. In addition, whilst attending the course there will also be some exam preparation evening work.
