This session is designed to enable managers and leaders to understand and utilise Situational Leadership to acknowledge individuality of their team members so that they use the most appropriate methodology to develop, grow and motivate their people.
On completion of this course delegates will be able to:
• Recognise their own default style of Leadership and be able to tailor their approach to meet the needs of the people they are managing and leading – one size does not fit all
• Gain increased levels of self- awareness- understand the impact they have on others
• Understand the importance of motivating others, especially in a constantly changing and challenging environment
• Understand what knowledge, skills and behaviours underpin successful leadership and management
