Rally Sport are offering an exciting, unique opportunity to join them as an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor.

The company has been very successful since opening the Service Centre 6 years ago, and would like to add another member to join the team.

Our client are a service, repair, MOT and Tuning centre located in Colchester. Their main aims are to provide professional, affordable servicing to the Colchester community and surrounding areas.

They are proud in the service they provide but also how the team feel involved and listened to. They take pride in knowing that the team have a good working environment and this reflects on the customer service provided.

Your initial job role will entail:

  • Working with the dealership team to provide high standards of customer care
  • Greeting customers face to face
  • Organising the workshop diary
  • Displaying a positive and professional attitude
  • Quoting for repairs and invoicing completed customer work
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Communicating effectively over the telephone
  • Recording full customer details accurately

Desired qualifications

  • GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) in maths and English are desirable, however not essential

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

  • In-house training to be provided by Key Training
  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Working week

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Total hours per week: 40.00
