We are Red Carpet Direct, and events-based marketing company in the centre of Southampton
Due to the restrictions in the last 18 months, our clients are behind on their goals and so are relying on us to grow their brands at a rapid pace – to do this, we need to expand too!
Our management team needs a driven, friendly, eager helping hand back-end to help us recruit and run day-to-day operations to aid in our expansion plans
Day-to-day tasks will involve:
- Screening candidates
- Booking interviews
- Managing the CEO’s calendar
- Administrative email and paperwork
- Generally assisting the CEO and Company in daily tasks
You will be working directly with the CEO and will also be the first point of contact for people coming into the company so it is essential that candidates have a professional and social demeanour, a professional image and are self-motivate enough to work to strict targets and schedules.
The main responsibility of this role is in and out-bound recruitment. On the phones screening candidates and booking them in (including organising my calendar) but also headhunting – going out and making first contact with those who we feel could be a great match for us.

Training to be provided
Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer apprenticeship standard, which includes:
Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
End-Point Assessment (EPA)
