Red Rhino are looking for an enthusiastic and career hungry individual who is looking to develop
a career within recruitment. Due to their rapid growth they are looking for someone who desires a
long-term career with the business. After the Apprenticeship there is a full-time position available,
progressing into a Recruitment Consultant.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Right to work & compliance checks for all temporary staff
  • Placing adverts onto various job boards
  • Creating jobs onto Recruitment CRM
  • Confirming job assignments with temporary workers
  • Speaking to temporary workers about available positions
  • Registering candidates
  • Payroll administration
  • Adding registered candidates to Recruitment CRM
  • Notify recruiters of newly registered candidates

  • Grades A-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English are essential for this role

Future prospects

  • The main aim for the Employer and Candidate is to secure full-time employment at the end of the apprenticeship and start progressing within the company.

Training to be provided

  • Business Admin Level 3 qualification
  • In-house training to be provided by the employer
  • Functional skills if required

Working week

  • Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm 1hr lunch break
  • Total hours per week: 35.00

Annual wage

  • £12,000.00

Expected duration

  • 18 months
